Reviews for Casa del Infanzón

Review 1:Small things that would be nice to have. Clothes iron and tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Review 2:Central location. Friendly welcome and attentativeness by all staff. Helpful that English was spoken. Wonderful breakfasts.

Review 3:The hotel was lovely, but parking was a long way away and carrying bags along the narrow streets challenging. On the Internet, the room looked much bigger than it was, a double bed is simply too small these days. My husband is 6'3", so his feet hung over the end. They need to mention there is no elevator, so after you have got there, you will have to carry your bags up numerous stairs.

Review 4:The hotel was really quaint and has a very pretty outlook

Review 5:We booked a suite with a balcony and the balcony was approx. 20 cm deep, such that is was impossible simultaneously to stand there and to close the balcony door. Extremely quiet location.

Review 6:Internet signal in the room was good (surprising for Spanish countryside hotel). Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Review 7:Exquisite place in an outstandingly beautiful medieval village. Charming rooms with every comfort. A warm and friendly welcome. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Review 8:All good!

Review 9:Fantastic stay, quiet, clean. Interior real good. Breakfast 5 stars, all home made and fried in front of you. Close to the parking area. WI-FI fast.In a heart of old town. Best experience in Spain.

Review 10:You have to stow your car several blocks below the hotel and lug your bag up a cobblestone pedestrianized street to the address. Even better.. take a tiny bag!

Review 11:Loved the building, room was not huge but comfortable, lovely bathroom. Great breakfast! Very nice staff person.

Review 12:Just be aware that you may need to carry your luggage by hand for a couple of blocks on a stone-paved street, as cars cannot enter the internal, historic zone of Sos. This is not a fault of this lodge, but be advised and travel light!

Review 13:Staff was warm and friendly. In-house breakfast is very good, cooked to your order in a personalized style. The room was very nice. The place has a cozy style, it's easy to feel at home!

Review 14:Just a lovely B&B, it was so warm and inviting and the owner was so helpful. Sos Del Rey is a wonderful place to lose a couple of days and you could do a lot worse than stay here. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Review 15:This casa was delightful and situated in the heart of the location. Parking is a bit of a problem so one must overcome that by humour and perseverence! You must be prepared to park and that take your baggage 2 or 3 hundred yards to the Casa! Once there you will have forgotten the parking problem!

Review 16:Difficult to find the hotel and long walk up hill with the cases as no cars have access

Review 17:The location was stunning although it rained all the time we were there so didn't have a good look round

Review 18:Thought that 1night was all that the area warranted, it was a small pleasant old town

Review 19:Nice quiet back street location. We arrived a day earlier than 2 night booking, which meant we left a day earlier. The host was acceptable to this change which we appreciated

Review 20:Friendly and helpful, very clean, wifi, good breakfast. Renovated house with lots of character, in a pretty mediaeval village. Note lots of stairs.

Review 21:Fantastic spot in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable room with pretty outlook. Great communal lounge area at reception.

Review 22:Localización! hotel muy acogedor. La dueña es encantadora. Location, in the centre! charming both the hotel and the owner!.

Review 23:You can't drive to the door so only take a "carry on" bag

Review 24:Excellent value for money

Review 25:Very pretty village.

Review 26:Outstanding hotel and staff. Breakfast was also excellent

Review 27:Not much food options.

Review 28:A quiet location for a rest period during a busy travel inteneray.

Review 29:Comfortable and beautiful!

Review 30:visited Sos del Rey Católico early july, not many restaurants were open yet.

Review 31:nice location in centre. wonderfull breakfast.

Review 32:Everything perfect. People who complaine about the difficulty to get there, do not know where they are going. It's like complaining that you cannot reach your hotel by car in Venice. However, I recommend the staff to mail every new customer a message about where to park your car and the location of the hotel

Review 33:The walls are rather thin. The view at the back is limited. One sign at the entrance of the village indicated the general direction of the hotel, but it is not enough as it is located in a small random street.

Review 34:The location. The homemade breakfast (very good value). The bathroom.

Review 35:Casa del Infazon was a gem in the town. It is a small hotel run by a wonderful woman. It was very clean, and very well maintained. Maria Jose was amazing. She was very helpful and extremely nice. We had the breakfast, which was 6 euros. Maria made the breakfast herself. It was like coming down to the kitchen and having Mom making breakfast. It was wonderful. The rooms are small, but the beds were comfortable, they were clean and the common area was very well kept. There is also a small patio that overlooks the beautiful mountains. You must stay here if going to Sos.

Review 36:Situation- fabulous, within a walled town of great historic interest. Breakfast copious, fresh and delicious with local specialities. Welcome, very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean.

Review 37:You really must have your own transport. We were using buses/a taxi.

Review 38:Very attractive room in a delightful old building. Very nice and helpful staff.

Review 39:Very difficult to find. Would benefit from some instructions on how to get there. ( you have to get out of the car and walk you several intermingled streets to get to the hotel. There are no signs telling you where to go)

Review 40:Authentic decoration. Friendly staff. Nice room.

Review 41:great location greate decore of the room staff was very helpful

Review 42:Hard to find

Review 43:The owner was helpful and the breakfast was great. This small guesthouse was very nicely design.

Review 44:Wonderful welcome, exceptionally helpful staff, and the best breakfast, all in an amazing medieval town

Review 45:They didn't speak english and the location was with a lot of steps.

Review 46:A lovely place in a lovely village. Don't skip the breakfast, its perfect!

Review 47:The friendly service The charm Location Decor

Review 48:Loved it! Wish I could have stay longer.
