Review 1：The cleaning of the room was virtually none existent, floors were never mopped during our stay and generally the room cleanliness wasn't exceptable. To top it all we found a cockroach in the bedroom on our 10th night which meant we didn't sleep very well that night. Air conditioning was not adequate.

Review 2：Location was great, reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Review 3：None really, other than wifi in rooms very weak. Also breakfast could have had more choice, but was satisfactory.

Review 4：The location was superb over looking the bay, near shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach , so ticked all the boxes!! The Staff were very happy, attentive and welcoming!

Review 5：Booking a massage was a bit difficult and didn't work out, even so we were flexible with time and day. We had to come back several times to remind/request a massage, but the person couldn't be reached or wasn't in. This service could be improved. Other than that service was impeccable. Bathroom smelled like sewer most of the time. Maybe that can be fixed?

Review 9：Apartments a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Not a lot happening on site and not much atmosphere. If you want to take advantage of your banks exchange rate make sure you pay in euros. We initially paid in sterling and we're charged an additional £41

Review 10：Hotel is situated at the start of the bay in a quiet area close to restaurants and bars. 25 min bus trip to San Antonio. 15 min walk to the beach at port des torrent where you can also catch a water taxi to San an. Pool is beside the sea. Beach is rocky but there is a wooden jetty with steps so that you can go for a swim. Our 3 boys aged 12 10 and 10 happy with pool table and swimming. WiFi definite plus and very good connection.

Review 11：We had a 2 bedroom apartment the main bedroom was a good size however the second room was just big enough to angle 2 single beds in not, very comfortable, the aircon was a big until we had to plug into a socket in the living area. no aircon in the bedrooms ment a sticky nights sleep

Review 20：It's actually a very nice place to stay to get away from party madness. Close to Sant Antonio but off the main road. Hotel has 2 nice swimming pools but it's a shame there is not proper beach, only rocks so it's impossible to get into the water there. There is a small beach 20min, or famous Cala Bassa 10min drive. We got a room with a view and a great 35m2 terrace - absolutely fantastic. Furniture and design of the room was a bit outdated but i think it's still a good value for money. Breakfast is a bit overrated for my taste (choices rather standards and limited for 10eu per person) but great restaurant for lunch or dinner, reasonable prices and very good dishes.

Review 21：There are few minor points I'd like to bring up. The room was cleaned only once during 5-day stay, that's a bit too little. Plus the terrace was not cleaned properly. Wifi (or internet connection in general) was super slow even in half-empty hotel. The hotels next to Marina Palace often play loud lousy music in the evening

Review 35：Just returned from a stay here. The apartment was a good size for 3, maybe too small for 4. Wonderful large balcony with very good sea view and sun beds. Apartment maintained everyday, provided with clean towels etc by lovely friendly staff. Kitchen facilities couldn't be faulted, everything provided. Little shop attached providing the necessities and more. I haves read reviews to say this shop weas very expensive, living in London i found it very cheap. Decent bottle of wine 3 euros. Within a short walk there are cheaper supermarkets but this was fine for us. Loved the Marina Palace, can't praise it enough. Would highly reccommend if looking for a quiet holiday/break

Review 38：The only thing I could fault was the comfort of the sofas in the lounge area.They would have been better if updated.The air-conditioning unit was a portable one and not as good as a fixed unit,but there was a fan as well so not a major problem.It wasn't too bad because we never complained and it certainly didn't detract from the holiday

The view from our balcony was fantastic and we would sit watching the sea with the many small boats passing by.

Review 40：The only negative I can say about this hotel is the distance from a good sand beach, we are beach lovers and all beaches nearby were very stoney, although sand beaches are easy to walk to they are very difficult to enter due to the rough rock underfoot. Did a trip to cala basa beach , very beautiful but incredibly busy.

Review 41：Size of 2 bed apartment was fantastic, very spacious and spotless. Staff always friendly and polite. Food at resort restaurant was excellent along with stunning view overlooking ocean. Travelled as a family with 3 older children and the resort itself we were very happy with, close to the town just a few minutes to restaurants and shops. Overall excellent stay.

Review 42：Sometimes it was difficult to get a sunbed as towels left on them for hours at a time but no-one using them.

Review 45：I paid the day I arrived by cc. Then on the day we checked out the girl at reception told me they were not paid! I tried my card again only for it to be declined! Bank was phoned and they stated they had received their payment as it was charged to my card on 17th august 14, still the hotel argued they had not received payment! When I produced my slip of payment they still did not receive monies! Them after about 15 they spotted their mistake and apologied! To me this was not good as it almost have me a heart attack! This was one major downside!!

And the restaurant didn't have a breakfast menu but whatever you asked them for, they would make for you, very accommodating.

Our room was not cleaned the whole 5 days we were there and we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. It also felt like we were at school as there were a lot of rules that we had to sign to say we abided by. Music by pool was repetitive and depressing.

Review 66：We had read great review after great review so we weren't worried about our stay at Marina Palace but when we got there we were still surprised at just how lovely the place is. Looked just like the photos and it all lived up to the amazing feedback others had left before. We travelled out as a group of 15 on a hen party with a mixture of ages and we all loved it. Some of our group are already planning their return visits. There's is an amazing sunset view restaurant too which was an added bonus for us on the evening we arrived!

The access from the hotel to the pool is via a fire exit door with a number of steep steps making it virtually impossible for a disabled person to access unless you leave the hotel via the front entrance walk along the road to the side entrance and into the pool area.

The uninterrupted sunset views from our balcony were stunning. The kitchens are so well equipped and even had an oven, coffee machine and juicer! All the staff were really friendly and helpful (especially Carmen on reception) and nothing was too much trouble! We would definitely recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a relaxing break and to be far enough from the chaos, but close enough to reach it if you want to! The location is breath taking!

Review 126：Good size apartment. Well equipped kitchen, even a drinks mixer for your health juices. Good location with easy access to the most beautiful beaches on the bay such as Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida. Our apartment was cleaned everyday. Good service and pool area is very relaxing. If looking for a relaxing holidays yes we do recomend this lovely hotel. We'll definitely be back!
