Located directly on the shore of Lake Faak, Naturel Hoteldorf Seeleitn features its own lake access. The spacious apartments are located in traditional Carinthian farmhouses.
Each apartment at the Seeleitn has a living room with satellite TV, a safe, and a kitchen with a dining area.
The Dorfwirt restaurant serves Carinthian specialities and international cuisine. Breakfast or full-board is available on request. Full-board includes a rich breakfast buffet, a lunch snack, cake and coffee at afternoon, and a dinner buffet or 3-course dinner. Juices, water, coffee, table wine and draught beer are included at dinner.
Professional care is available for children from 3 years of age. Free parking is available on site.
There is a large sunbathing area and many water sports opportunities at the lake. The surrounding area, including the Karawanken Mountains, provides a wide range of sports and leisure options.
Dorf Seeleitn is only open from May to September. Free pick-up is offered from the train station at Faak am See. Pick-up from Villach Train Station is available at an additional cost.

Review 1：The beach is small and the appartement is gloomy due to the few small windows.

Review 2：The surroundings are breathtaking!!! The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Review 3：Apparent lack of interest in customer comfort & satisfaction. If I was the owner, I would immediately replace the receptionists. Kitchen is of average quality and breakfasts highly overprized. The parking place is also insufficient. Overall - bad value for money and poor service.

Review 6：Location was nice. We arrived late at night and the key to our room was left at the reception. Entering the room, we realised that it was not prepared. However the issue was resolved within a very reasonable time, which we appreciated a lot! Manager came at around 1:30 at night and provided another, better room for us. Next day we received appologies and a small surprise. Thanks a lot to the personnel of the hotel for handling the issue so professionally!!!

Review 7：Actually, the only thing we did not like was the lack of wifi internet in the room and as the hotel consists of several separate villas, we could not use any wifi internet...

Review 8：Even we just passed through Villach on our way to Italy, our family got in love with this place! We liked everything - the access to the Faaker See, the nice villas in typical mountain style, the natural wood furniture, the small lawns, the children playground, the food in the restaurant, the nice stuff, the location, value for money (we paid quite a good price for one night) ....

Review 9：When we have arrived it just started the bike fest. There were Harley-Davidsons motorbikes everywhere, very crowded and noisy. I think it would be fair from the hotel to have informed us about festival in advance, as we could not know what is happening. During the nights I could not sleep as the drunk people were screaming under the windows. The receptionist was arrogant when I asked her for discount after all. If you look for peacefull and quiet place inside the nature I can not recomand this hotel at all!

Review 11：very minor things: better cooling in upstairs of studio apartment; more electrical outlets in kitchen area....no complaints, but seeing opportunity for improvements!

Review 16：Parking place is not secure, I came on motorbike and thanks to emplyeesfrom restaurant I parked in front of house. In the morning on parkingplace in front of Naturel Hotel was one car with stoled 4 tires !!! Irecomend to Naturel hotel increase the security of parking.

Review 17：We feel the accommodation could have been cleaner and was rather basic eg. In hot weather the loft requires air-conditioning plus it's very noisy and needs noise insulation. The all-inclusive deal buffet makes life easier for young families but was bland at times.

Review 19：Our accommodation was right in front of the restaurant so we could not open a window during the day or in the evening. It was very noisy at night till 11 p.m. Our request for another flat was denied and disregarded. Smoking is allowed on the whole territory of the estate. Our guess is that we got one of the worst accommodations because we are Hungarian in spite of the fact that we booked the place in early spring.. All the other nations, Dutch, German etc. were a lot better accommodated. We were not accompanied to our flat whereas the others were. No info was given in English. They claimed the only language available is German. It was very expensive. So if you are a Hungarian tourist you had better avoid the place.
