Review 1：The only thing that we didnt like was the fact that the car servise was speeding a lot in the hotel's internal paths. So everyone with kids have to supervise them while walking out of the room.

Review 2：The espresso coffee machine in the room was a really good idea. Nice view and good service.

Review 3：I wish that more staffs could speak English at least as Tourists do not speak their language. The resort was only 50% occupied yet most guests were put within the same block units and make it less privacy as you could hear your 'neighbors talking and walking' No games room as stated and mostly facilities are not available. Parking should be free for in house guests.

Review 11：The accomodation, facilities, staff and everything else, its all fantastic!!! The chalets are very spacious even for 4 adults sharing. We each had a fantastic massage and spent hours in the hot tubs on the snow covered deck... Beautiful!

Review 12：WIFI connection is so weak that you better considere there is no wifi. I've made a special mention for a wifi efficient in my booking, no reaction. When we complained about this situation the answer is : 'it's like that'. The network needs an adaptation for the new and bigger demand (automatic connexion of phones and tablette). Price for the parking not included.

The wok-restaurant was excellent, the restaurant rothaarsteig was not great. Itwas about a 10-minute drive to the skislopes, make sure to go early ifyou want a parkingspace near the lifts! If you would like to use theskibus of the hotel (not free), you have to say so the night before. Allin all we had a very nice stay.

During the weeks from 4 April to 30 April 2016, the renovation works will also be happening at the main building, the restaurant and the Vital Oasis will thus be closed. There might also be slight noise disturbances during the day. During this time there is a small snack point as an alternative.
