Review 8：From the moment I walked into the lobby until I left two days later, I was deeply impressed by the level of quality and cleanliness and beauty of all the decor. The room was not immense but big enough, and it was exceedingly comfortable and lush. The bathroom was amazingly deluxe and gorgeous! The spa and fitness center were a great surprise and so wonderfully maintained and lovely.

Review 10：The hotel was always very good and outstanding in proximity to the city center and the opera house. It has further gained with the new wing with rooms at demi-suite level with excellent structure and furniture looking into the garden/courtyard. The staff at the reception is excellent.

Review 13：Not signage from the front of Hotel for parking. Wellness centre sauna and pool too far apart, and awkward to reach in comfort. Large plastic flowers covered in dust in dinning room , but real flowers on the table. Bathroom shelf positioned over tap leaving insufficient space. No English TV or radio channels. Only one radio channel on bedside radio. Parking €18/day. No park in sight therefore misleading. View from dinning room is of the road and junction.

Review 14：Lovely outside green dinning area in a rose garden. Hofman piano was old but, played well. Air conditioning worked well, and lift was fast. Restaurant had a excellent good. Courteous staff.

Review 42：I immediately found how nice, professional and helpful are the hotels receptionists. They offered me a help to make numerous reservations. One receptionist also adviced me to take tram instead of my car to the shopping center which turned out to be good advice because of pre-christmas shopping spree. The other thing you immediately recognize is the good fresh smell in the hotel and also very clean and comfortable rooms. Which are also very noise free. So you can rely rest well. Also the hotel has a nice private pool and spa where you can rest. I also had the privilege to met the owner/director of the hotel who is really a fun person. He greeted me as I know him from way before. Big plus. I also must mention free parking which is a huge boost here in center! The interior of the hotel is also very friendly. Sort of baroque style. Otherwise, you will be better off choosing a hotel near the Mur river of right in the heart of the hauptstrasse or herrengasse as a tourist.
