Review 1：This is a very basic hotel with nothing extra. The wifi was weak in our room. We took the 7,50 EUR breakfast and regretted that a bit. The breakfast is very basic and you can get more with that money in cafeterias close by. I have seen friendlier receptionist in my life.

Review 2：The location of this hotel is superb: the airport shuttle stops just in front of the hotel. You can reach the bus station by bus leaving from the square outside the hotel. Railway station is in walking distance and the historical city centre starts at the hotel. The room was big enough and the beds really good. Also the room was quiet so we slept very well.

Review 4：Great location spacious and comfortable room. While car parking was not included there was a very handy underground car park just opposite the hotel.

Review 5：Waterfall showers in the three person rooms were heaven and there was plenty of space for our things. Especially after walking the Camino, the comfort was nice. Very close to the cathedral and short distance from shops and restaurants.

Review 15：First of all, excellent value for money. I was not expecting much so I was pleasantly surprised. From what I read the hotel has two stars but it definitely felt like a decent three star hotel. It's a small town so you are just about a minutes walk from small cozy streets but the street right in front of the hotel is not cozy so if you want to wake up and look out onto a little Spanish street then go somewhere else but for all other reasons choose this hotel.

Review 37：I like to sleep until late on holidays and the room cleaner came in the room without knocking the door before. After on hour, the phone rang and they were asking about the cleaning service. It would be much more easy if they had signs for guests saying "do not disturb". But in general, it was a good hotel.

Review 47：This hotel is close enough to the old city to feel like you are staying in the old city. In two to three minutes you can be wandering the cobbled streets of th old town. The bus stop to the airport is directly out front if the hotel. Sometimes you have to make your way through the people queuing for the airport bus to get in the hotel door. However when you are ready to leave for the airport you can wait in the hotel lobby until the bus arrives and then walk straight out the door to the bus. I loved the convenience of this. The hotel is comfortable and clean and I had several good nights sleep. I have stayed at this hotel several times After finishing the Camino. And if. You like to shop the shopping district is around the corner

Review 48：This hotel is on a busy, noisy square which meant a noisy room all day and night. Our room was HOT and humid. There was no air circulation or air conditioning. But the most difficult thing about this hotel was the number of mosquitoes. After a 3 day stay, we were covered with mosquito bites and scratching like crazy.

On arrival in hotel we asked the hotel for a recommendation for a nice restaurant, they sent us to a terrible restaurant across the square which they assured us was the best in town.. more like worst in town especially in light of the fantastic restaurants in Santiago!
