Review 1：Wifi, limited at 500MB and also I couldn't even login to their network, it only worked on one of my phones eventually... Also the restaurant was reserved so we couldn't use it.

Review 3：Per Booking.com the price was EUR119 per night but we were charged EUR140 even-though we showed our in-app booking confirmation to the receptionist. She insisted we pay the EUR140 and said the price discrepancy was something we had to take up directly with Booking.com. About 30 minutes later she called us and asked that we return to the hotel to be refunded EUR20. Luckily we were still in the area and could go back for the refund. This was poorly handled by the hotel staff.

Review 4：Clean roomy 4 person apartment.

Review 5：Sauna was still inactive around 9 am. The bed mattress and pillow were too soft for my choice.

Review 6：Breakfast was very good, with fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs and a good choice of meat, fruit and vegetables.

Review 7：The apartment is not at the main building (where the facilities are located). At the apartment: poor parking facilities for motorbikes.

Review 9：The appartmenthouse where we stayed in was really separated from the main building. Need to pay extra for facilities like swimming pool of the Avital Resort.

Review 10：Food quality could be improve. The weekend buffet would be better if they could serve dishes with more dressings provided since some of the meat are served without dressings which in the end, taste blend.

Review 12：Wifi was with special codes, very slow and disconnected continously. Very annoying, expected more for a hotel in this pricerange. They should be able to make it stable.

Review 13：Clean, modern, very good dinner possibilities in the restaurant. Sauna is lovely! So relaxed. We had the junior suite, the next largest room.

Review 15：The customer service was incredible. Food was great. Ambience of the bar/restaurant was warm and welcoming. Located very close to the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

Review 16：lack of personalty in the room. not a single sing that makes you feel welcome. it feels a bit like a luxuoury cell in a prisonblock.

Review 18：The rain and having to walk in it. Getting to the ski slope was difficult even though we knew a little German. We had the map, our GPS, and still got lost.

Review 19：It was interesting to us, as a couple from Texas, to experience a resort where most of the guests seemed to be either local Germans or from nearby countries. The breakfast buffet was top notch. We had a lovely time in spite of the rainy weather.

Review 20：- The room was extremely small - There was a bad smell in the bathroom - The wifi didn't work properly - At night we woke up several times because of noise outside and in the rooms next to us. It was extremely loud and children were also running up and down in the corridor. There was no staff around to do something about this - When trying to relax in the sauna, there were also children making noise. Isn't there a minimum age for the sauna? No staff to supervise the use of the sauna - We checked out 1 day early because we weren't happy. The receptionist commented that she also thought that the rooms were noisy and not sound proof. We still had to pay the full amount though.

Review 22：Old creditcard machine made checkout a mission. Should be replaced to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Rooms a bit noisy, snoring neighbour turned out to be quite a nuisance. Narrow parking spots and big fat cars occupying two spots. No option to arrange parking upfront.
