Review 1：The information about the "private" parking on the hotel's homepage is false! The wording "reservation is not needed" is totally incorrect, since the actual number of parking lots in the hotel's private "garage" is much smaller than the number of hotel rooms! When we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist told us that the garage was "completely full" and just proposed to look for another parking place somewhere in the city. The maximum parking time in the city is restricted. After driving for the whole day, we spent 2 hours moving our car from one place to another, being even unable to take our baggage out. This is totally inacceptable, considering that we had booked our room a few weeks in advance! The reception staff was not polite and didn't even try to assist us.

Review 2：1. Reception staffs are not friendly at all. At checking in, they missed up & denied my booking for 4 nights stating it is only for one night. Further, they wrongly stated that my credit card was rejected & asked me to represent it at check in & immediately deducted the amount for the first night. After some hard discussion and deducting the amount of first night, they realized that the booking they we were looking at is not mine !!!!!!! & realized the mistake they have done. Further, during our stay, their response and attitude was very unsatisfactory . 2. We booked 2 superior rooms & we realized that some furniture is missing from the rooms. One room does not have the large desk as described by booking.com & as found in the other room . The other room had only one chair in the kitchen bar in the superior room, while the other room has 2 cahiers. Again after hard discussion, they brought the table & asked me to carry the chair from the lobby to my room !!!!!!. 3. We reported all these issue to the hotel management, but we got PR response. 4. Beds in the room are small (not wide enough). 5. Air-condition was not working well. We called them many time, but it was never fixed. 6. No "Do not disturb " singe. Housekeeping everyday mooring disturb us. 7. They have limited parking space. During weekend, it was very difficult to find parking lot.

Review 5：We were on our honeymoon while travelling to Venice and stayed at this lovely hotel. The hotel was basic but very nice. When checking in the hotel left champagne on ice in the room. The hotel is 3 mins walk to the train and bus station and 4 mins walk to the main city and restaurants. They even offer free wifi. The girls on reception are lovely and always willing to help

Review 6：The dryers don't show how much time is left and we ended up getting frustrated as we were waiting on finishing laundry before going to bed. Ended up opening it after an hour and a half and still had wet clothes :( Granted, we did try to hand wash and then dry a sweater

Review 12：I really liked the location near the walking district of town. Liked the facility, it was in very good condition, and it was comfortable. It even had a Ski room with heated boot racks to hold the boots.

Review 15：I was most disappointed to find I had been charged for one breakfast that I did not take. I wasn't offered a copy of the bill until after I'd paid and I didn't check it until I'd left. Moral: ask to see the bill beforehand and check carefully. Probably not worth quibbling about €6, but it's the principle...

Review 16：Great location!The rooms (Studio Business) are clean, bright and well laid out. Underground parking was a major benefit on our long drive through Europe. Internal courtyard (atrium) looked fantastic - wish we had known so we could have selected rooms with access or with balconies Every staff member we had contact with was friendly, happy and helpful!

Review 17：Expensive for one night I saw Harry's philosophy was the longer you stay the better the price, and we only stayed one night. But I don't think 132 euro was what I saw advertised. Still nice place to stay.

And the room we got was facing a courtyard which was shared by other guests, so we were woken up in the morning by two small girls literally shouting outside.

Review 51：When booking kitchen facilities I would expect it to be equipped so wecould self cater. I do think we lucked out though on our room as otherfamily members had similar rooms which were equipped and smoke free.However in our room the fridge was tiny (1/4 size of bar fridge atmost). For 2 we had one plate, one bowl, no cups, some glasses and oddcutlery. We asked and still only got one mug. I left the inventory ofwhat should be provided out on the bench and it was just put back in thedrawer. It would also be nice to have a small supply of sugar, teaprovided. (Coffee machines/ coffee are available from reception) Therooms are non smoking but ours had been smoked in and we could not getrid of the smell despite being given a "rid smoke" product.If booking similar set up ask not to be put in rooms 203/206.

Review 55：The hotel claims to be exceptional but I would say it is a clean, nice and regular hotel and it is overpriced. We paid over €85 per night, which I find too high for this tree star hotel especially since everything (breakfast, parking - €8 per night) is extra. It would be good to have a fridge and a kettle in the room.
