Review 1：The room did not have balcony. Remote control didn't work as expected.

Review 2：Great breakfast, delicious, nice staff, keeping up a smile,what makes good service, absolute nice spa and various of sauna. Very enjoyable.

Review 3：Pet policy is not good they charge 25 euros per day. The hotel should really consider reducing the rate to 5 to 10 euros.

This is recommended during the school holidays as there are many children in the pools in the standard hotel spa. The Black Rose pub which is attached to the hotel has excellent food, a great selection of beers and very friendly staff.

Review 13：The hotel is located in the suburb of Tallinn Viimsi, very clean and green and one can take a walk to a beautiful seashore. The spa&sauna center with a lot of saunas is very nice. Rooms in the hotel are spacious. Breakfast is various and fine.

Review 14：Personal aren't providing with detailed information. I fails to get the bus after explanation on the reception for the first time. Next time I was more experienced and have took it to get the town.

Review 24：The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, about 15 km from the city centre in the Tallinn country side. The nearest beach found was 1 km away from the hotel, poor landscape around. SPA centre was extremly busy, full of small kids and annoying noisy. NO CONDITION in the rooms! Just terrible in the hot summer day. Thanks to the reception staff we have got 2 fans without any problems. Staff at the Black Rose pub is not very professional and barely friendly.Price

Review 26：First it looked ok, but when we lied down in bed both the sheets and bed smelled a mix of chlorine and toe-sweat... Small noicy superior rooms. Air-condition doesnt work in either rooms, lobby or breakfast area. Poor breakfast. There are no 18+ section in the spa what it says it should be... Faaaar from a 4 start hotel in my point of view.

Review 74：Lack of coffee and tea making facilities (so bring your own). The location is type of mall/leisure center. On the upside there is plenty to do (shops/cinema/ even an ice skating ring), and it is a short walk/cycle to the forrest/coast.

Review 75：An appointment card with the spa treatments I had reserved by email was given to me on check in, so that had all been coordinated well. The treatments were of a very good professional standard, en the spa facilties were lovely. Lots of use by the community, so pretty busy with children and adults of all ages, which I personally quite enjoyed. A new child free spa will be available too from September I was told. The room was spacious and clear, and I had been given a quiet room. Reception staff were very helpful. Had a lovely long weekend here.

Review 76：Have visited SPA many times before: everything went just fine (maybe that's why we're a bit spoiled). This time some facilities were a bit broken + a lot of people and some quite drunk tourist. Safes only downstairs. No bath slippers upstairs, again only downstairs and for additional price (1 or 2E).

If You are considering this hotel - wait until construction will be over (estimated April 2014). Car parking not available in front of hotel. Though it is only 100 m away but out of sight and not guarded - it makes us worry about security of car. "Juniper sauna" was not working.

Review 81：Some rooms quality are very, very poor. Just after two times claiming and changing we have got acceptable room! However personal says that broken window in a room and curtains which shaking in a wind (btw, it’s a wintertime) it is normal… So called restaurant is poor as well, some food is not fresh, personal unprofessional. Breakfast is good enough. Don’t expect something from the hotel, just enjoy the SPA.

We asked for an extra bed for achild and received one, but it witnessed of various tiny accidentspreviously and did not prove too popular for that reason.
