Review 2：The hotel is perfectly located, and with very good facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful; and specially Monica and Maria are wonderful hosts. The breakfast is very complete and delicious.
Review 3：Loved the look and feel of the hotel, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the facilities, location, and surroundings. The hotel was very accommodating re. a screw-up I made in my booking.
Review 4：The only negative point is that we stayed in the ground floor (B floor) and the wifi signal was poor. At least, it was a freebie.
Review 5：Staff is really friendly and are always able to assist you in everything you need. The hotel is located in the Main Street/road, so you don't need to take your car at all.

Review 11：The junior suite does not receive much daylight (we used the lights during the day), the view from the window is limited, which is not a problem if you are out all day.

Review 13：The swimming pool is covered and so it is often too hot to use duringthe day although it would be perfect for a winter ski-trip. It ispossible to use the pool at the sister hotel (3-star) a short distanceaway. This pool urgently needs updating as the fake lawn looks veryshabby. Contrary to the advertisemtent the wifi coverage is too weak tobe of much use in the bedrooms facing the pool. You can connect from thereception or bar area. The tv only has the local digital channels andnot satellite as stated in various places.
Review 14：The staff are helpful and efficient and greet you with a smile. Therooms are very clean, quiet and modern. The location is perfect; wetravelled by bus and the stop is right in front of the hotel. There arelots of beautiful trails near the hotel and the buses for Cerler andBesrurta leave from outside of the hotel which is especially useful ifyou don't have a car. Maria in the breakfast restaurant is wonderfullyefficient and a true professional. The chef will make you an omelette orfried egg if you ask for it. The pool attendant at the sister hotel (3-star) is very polite and helpful and immediately brought longers for us.I can imagine going back in winter with a group of friends.
Review 15：Parking garge is poorly designed and a bit confusing. Not easy to bring your luggage in through a series of barely visibly marked single swing doors. Not convenient at all when you have several suitcases on a cart!! Also, when you finally get throught the doors, the isn't a clear sign where the elevators are.. its a bit of guesswork. Fortunately this is the only 'bad' thing about an overall very good hotel.
Review 16：They had a fantastic and friendly staff who were very accommodating for any request. The rooms were also quite comfortable and the food and lounge drinks/food was excellent! Definitely recommend a stay here!
Review 17：Virtually nothing negative to say about Hotel Aneto. Maria, Emma, and "madre" could not be running a more professional, more personable, more comfortable hotel (and Aneto is merely one of four of theirs in the area!) The main restaurant and spa (next door) are top quality for adults. The indoor pool is great for the many kids and families during the ski break time. Super clean, very modern and neat, great bar and lounge. Incredible setting overlooking the running stream through the valley. Wood burning fireplace in the suite. Could not have been happier.
