Review 1：Swimming pool and sauna are excellent but do not have enough space to change. Also the pool is with bathing cloths and the sauna isn't. Without a proper space to change. Resulting in people wearing bathing suits in the sauna.

Review 5：WiFi didn't work. The description of the facilities includes free parking, no reservation required. In reality there are limited spots, and if you're too late, you either park away from the hotel, or in paid spots. Pool was closed for "ladies-gym" one day from 17:00 to 20:00, which is just the time when you come back from skiing and want to relax with a bit of swimming. The "closed/locked" room for the ski-equipment in reality was an open area next to the elevator to the side entrance, which was never locked in the 4 days we were there...

Review 9：Staff in the hotel should be more customer-friendly. Only the swimmingpool and one sauna from the 3000m2 wellness are available for normal guests (you need to pay for the rest). We recommend dinner a-la-carte, don't book it inclusive.

Review 14：It's not as close to the skilifts as announced, you need a car toget there or take the bus, as it is a good 15-20 minute walk uphill, notpossible in ski shoes. By car you're there in 5 minutes.
