Review 1：As stated in the hotel description, towels are not included. We knew it, so it wasn't a problem at all.
Review 2：Staff is the nicest: we had a very pleasant chat with the lady who was in charge of everything and she also recommended us some places to eat in Espot (we follow her advice and we weren't disappointed at all!). She was also very helpful when we came back from our walk slightly injured: she gave us all the ice she had and tried to help in every way. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. The precise location (3 km from Espot centre) is Espot Ski: it wasn't a problem to us, but keep it in mind if you travel by using public transport. Such location is very quiet (at least during the summer, when ski stations are closed) and offers also a private parking. P.S. Our invite - if you want to come to Florence again - is still effective! :)

Review 6：I Liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful and that the Alberg is surrounded by the mountains from where you can take several trekking routes. The food was also tasty.
