Review 1：Our apartment was at the back of the block on the ground floor - some idea of which apartment you are booking would be good. Kitchen well-equiped with big items (washing machine, microwave) but minimum numbers of crockery and utensils.
Review 2：Lovely staff who made every effort to overcome language barrier (not much English in this area). Immediately produced a brand new kettle to make tea drinkers happy!
Review 3：Parking narrow. Uncomfortable beds. Wi-Fi did not work properly, with continues disconnections and cleanness deficient in bathroom with some molds on the silicones. Plastic table with plastic chairs in terrace. Unfriendly check-in during the arrival.
Review 4：The Manager of Los Arces (Montse) very professional and diligent. The swimming pool is wonderful and apartment quiet and convenient for families with children. Nice open spaces in the Building.

Though found eating out very reasonably priced so did not cook as much as i thought i would have, Staff were friendly and even we spoke no spanish and they very little english we managed! Booked a superior apartment with terrace. We felt that this had been worth every penny as we had sun beds and patio furniture so were able to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. would happily stay again in these apartments.

Review 11：What we saw in the picture was faraway what we got Payment for a bigterrace with sea view and was not able to use it because was a roundedby others flats 15 euros added by daily cleaning ( was not precisedbefore) Agreement for changing towels one day yes one day not was notrespected a lot more appartment around cheaper and closer from the seaIf you got there ask them to write all what they are agreed to give youotherwise surprise!!!
Review 12：Fantastic apartments located close to beach and restaurants, a warm welcome on arrival, comfortable and spacious apartment, and would recommend to any family. If you are looking to mix with the Spanish people, sample the Spanish food - this is the place for you. We will be back next year. A great place to stay before catching the boat back to the UK.
Review 13：let down by paper thin walls. We were woke every morning at 6am by baby crying above us and children then playing ball above us all morning. Kept awake until small hours by man next door snoring walls so thin thought he was in our bed.

Review 15：Before travelling we enquired about access to the appartment as our 17 year old daughter is wheelchair bound. There was a lift and the appartment was level, except for a step onto the balcony. But the bathroom was extremely small and the bath had a shower screen, which made it difficult to lift her into the bath. Also the pool was only accessible via the road, due to steps at various points in the appartment grounds. Our appartment was the furthest away, but not so much a problem as the pool was very cold and we only used it twice. There wasn't a kettle in the kitchen which is something I would have expected. The sofa bed in the lounge would not have been comfortable to sleep on.
Review 16：The appartment was very spacious (we had booked a "superior" ), clean and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Having a washing machine was very beneficial. The staff were reasonably helpful and we managed to get by with our limited Spanish and google translate!! The best thing about the holiday was the place (Isla) itself. Stunning scenery, beautiful beaches, a boardwalk to the waters edge and the use of a free beach/sea wheelchair staffed by a super young lady named Carmen. It meant our daughter could go in the sea for the first time in 11 years! Very few English holiday makers, very little English spoken, both of which we thought were a bonus! We would visit again if we could find more suitable accommadation.

Review 25：All information about the apartment and internet access in Spanish. OK we were in Spain but it would feel more welcoming if they could have translations for non Spanish guests.
Review 26：Spacious, well furnished and clean with a fantastic terrace looking out towards the sea. Helpful staff but be prepared with your Spanish phrase book if you don't speak much Spanish so that you can help them to help you! Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and lovely beaches. Secure underground parking a bonus.
Review 27：Wifi was down for several days and when it did work it only did so in certain parts of the apartment. You had to reenter a user name and password each time using it and these only lasted 24 hours. Probably a minor complaint!
Review 28：The apartment was spotless and well-stocked. It was very spacious and full of light. Staff in the hotel were helpful whenever we needed help. The pool was open for long hours. Isla is close to Santander. A very relaxing stay.
