Review 1：The double beds (2 twin together) are very uncomfortable and not worth a 4 star nor a 3 star hotel. Standard room and bathroom are small. Style of inside design of the hotel is quite strange.

Review 2：The SPA is quite big and original. The bar in the SPA is very nice. But the water in the two main pools were a bit cold when we were there. Breakfast is fine. It's only 15 minutes by foot from the main square of the old town.

Review 3：I requested a double room but they gave us a twin room ! The room was dirty and they forgot to clean it! I asked for a taxi at the reception but they forgot to call it the morning we had to leave to catch our bus! The staff was very rude and did not care about our requests ! Do not go to this hotel

Review 8：The Tallink Spa is somewhat outdated and is getting shabby. We chose it because the photographs suggested a wonderful pool - which itself could do with a makeover Think somewhere between a cross channel NCP car park, tired and worn motorway services and a cross channel ferry and you have a reasonable ideal of the ambiance and unsettling atmosphere of this busy hotel. In real lift the carpets and furnishings are so loud and cover such an expanse of space that they become alarming and stressful to live alongside. The Tallink is directly across the road from the port, on dual carriage ways. An ugly and unsettling location. Smokers on the pavement outside reception and night-time revellers kept us up throughout the night, making sleep impossible. A request through Booking.com for a quiet room was unanswered and ignored Our room was barely cleaned, dirty plates and left-overs removed the evening after the night before, only after alerting reception to the skimpiest housekeeping ever. Prominent signs attempt to push guests in to breakfasting early, staff on the spa desk and in the restaurant very straight-faced and unhappy looking. A real disappointment - and a venue so out of keeping with the stunning friendly and quite breath-taking old town. I understand that there are too many hotels in Tallinn - sadly the Tallink appears to be past its heyday, and its management appear to have little ability or intent to reinvigorate and renew it - and lack insight to courtesy and guest relations. A shame, as a few of the staff are very welcoming and professional and clearly know what should be offered. This is the first negative review I have ever posted - about anywhere.

Review 10：Deluxe room was nice, even though the decor was bit tasteless. The general appearance of the room was clean, but when looked closer, there were dust and small holes in the wall, shattered mirror and stains in the sofas and chairs. The spa was small, three pools and two hot tubs. Water could be little bit warmer. It was weekend when we were at the hotel, so both friday and saturday after the check-ins at two a clock, the spa was bit crowded and it stayed till it closed. If you don't want to see drunken people on your trip, do not choose this hotel, at least in the weekends.

Review 36：To my taste, too big hotel, not quite nice people on reception, major part do not speak Russian. Rooms are in too modern style, too colourful - red, violet, brown, black in 1 room. I was not capable to have rest in such colors after long working day. I had windows into the yard, where downstairs is swimming pool from SPA centre. Till 21:30 I heard shouts of people swimming - not really nice. There was no shampoo and body gel in the toilet, just liquid one smth which suits all - it does not correspond 4 star hotel. Very expencive food to the number - I have not seen such prices even in 5 star hotel in London. Also room service charge is 6.50 Eur - too much.

Review 46：The list of all wrong things would be very long - starting with unprofessional, unfriendly and not well trained Reception Employees and ending with the Management of the hotel, not ready to meet a Guest ready to give his feedback ( nobody from the Management was available in the Hotel during 2 days of my stay). Customer satisfaction and focus is not an important topic for this strange place.. BUT – you have to pay for the stay and room in advanced, immediately after arrival, because an Credit Card is not accepted ( maybe not known here ?) as a guarantee.

Review 54：It's better to choose the other hotel if you'd like to feel the magical spirit of Tallinn as this hotel is mostly occupied by Russians who creates too much noise, swearing language and ignoring other guests. WiFi is very poor and sometimes it made it impossible to get connected at all. SPA facilities are great for kids only as the main swimming pool is 1m deep and not too big as it is seen on the web site. No welcome tray in the rooms.

Rooms is not luxury, but with clean bad and with nice view if it river-side. Price according to quality ~50€. per night. Staff is frendly. Review 78：There is no pay TV, and very limited amount of TV-channels. Since I like to stay in the room sometimes, there is nothing to watch from TV (many films are dubbed). I see this as big down side.

Some of the light fixtures were broken, hairs in the bathtub, lip prints on the glasses, missing minibar prices, already filled out "breakfast in the room" information-card, etc. The "promised" wi-fi was non-existent in our room (room 311) The room service we ordered came 30 minutes later than suggested and some of the vegetables were completely uncooked.

Review 90：1. When was making booking I've put information that there will be amily with kid under 2 years and asked for baby bed. When we arrived we found out that there are no extra bed and no even space for it. Room was extra small and it was impossible to be there with kid. 2. Plan of the room - right next to the bed it bathroom with glass wall with no sound isolation. Not for those people who prefer to keep in private what they are doing in closet. 3. In bathroom were hairs. 4. Sound isolation of our room was poor and we could "enjoy" disco sounds laying in bed.
