Review 1：They would not pick us up from the bus station nor take us to the airport despite their website stating "complimentary shuttle to the city and airport." This cost us over 40 euros in cab fares.

Review 11：Cooked breakfast cold and did not improve even after complaining. Reception said there was nothing they could do about it and suggested we put it on our suggestions when we left!!

Review 12：Beautiful location and lovely gardens around the hotel. Shuttle bus to and from Santiago was efficient and made getting into and back from city to hotel very easy. Drivers of bus were very helpful.

Review 14：Our Three Bedroom Apartment has 2 floors and is super spacious and clean, which can accommodate a big family. Regular shuttle bus can take you to central area in 5 minutes. View is great.

Review 15：In the Bathroom was an extremly bad smell, we got almost sick. Dont take the minisuite no. 2134 if its raining. Then it is very dull and cold. We had to stay in Bed when retourning from town. If you wont a nice view take a room in the main House.

Review 21：The rooms were heavily perfumed, almost hard to breath. The restaurant doesn't open until 9pm and they don't serve warm dishes at the bar until 9pm either. Considering that there are no other dining options in the neighborhhod, it becomes rather difficult to adjust, especially if you have children.

Review 33：From the distance the hotel does not look inviting but we had a fantastic stay. We were upgraded to the junior suite with separate bedroom and lounge and the garage just outside the door. Very comfortable bed, no noise from outside even hotel is located not far from motorway. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the city, number services a day and it is excellent service . The last one from the city is just past 10pm. Very good internet. Few restaurants close by, walking distance, like Restaurante Pedra Santa located on Costa San Marcos. The only little minus - the road coming to the hotel needs to be fixed , so many potholes.

Review 37：It wasn't clean. There was a strong smell of detergent that they couldn't get rid of because of the fact that they turn the parking place into a warehouse for the cleaning lady. They WiFi is not working at all.

Review 52：Option to up grade to a suite at a reasonable price. Staff were courteous and polite throughout our stay. Excellent evening meal and service in the stylishly appointed restaurant. Minor problems we had (room safe, batteries in the TV remote and a door not closing on the TV cabinet) were dealt with quickly and we were given a different suite. The driver of the free shuttle bus enhanced our visit considerably by giving us both local and regional information. We feel that the free shuttle service is a great asset to this hotel as once you have parked your car on arrival there is no need to use it again. Wonderful views from the balcony/reception/bar area.

Review 79：This was a surprise for my husband who had just finished the Comino it was to be a quiet retreat! Well the first night there was a party on until 4 am that played loud music and our room was above the main door so people were outside chatting and smoking until then as well. Second night ok but the thirt night and following day there was a road show so people were coming and going until after 1am and yes chatting and smoking beneath our window.

I had a little child with me which was no problem for anyone but normally the hotel guests are couples and businessman. Due to my work we had to spend the last three days of our trip at another 4 star hotel in Santiago unfortunately. We are longing back already.

Lovely swimming pool - this was the only hotel in the area I could find with an outdoor swimming pool and it did not disappoint. This made for a lovely weekend which combined sightseeing in Santiago de Compostella in the mornings and a relaxing afternoon by the swimming pool, followed by dinner in the restaurant. All staff were polite and helpful too.I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
