Review 2：Everything was perfect !!! We stayed for five nights. The hotel is beautiful, our room (suite) was very big and comfortable for a couple with two kids - 3.5 and 5. The location is great - lots of attractions for kids Food is delicious and with a lot of variety . The stuff was very kind and helpful.

Review 3：1. Why they charge for kids althought I booked a Suite ?!! 2. I have requested for bsby cot, then They charged me without prior notice ! 3. The reciptionst (Brabra) need more training & coaching on how to deal with guests proffissionally 4. The cleaness is not that good

Review 6：Lots to do for kids: playrooms, swimming pool, rodelbahn, playground, etc. Convenient hotel with great familyrooms. Good food. So much to do that we didn't have time for the spa...

Review 8：The bar and lounge area smoking was allowed, this spoiled the hotel . The smoke permeated the entrance too and left an acrid smell. We didn't sit in the bar in the evening to enjoy a brandy and coffee as the smoke put us off. The wellness area though good was spoiled for some of our group because costumes were not allowed in the sauna. Wet floors were dangerous and slippy. Snack time good but too early could have been 3.30 to 5 pm. Meant you had to get off the slopes early if you wanted a snack. Some staff were very impersonal.

Review 9：The food was very good. Well presented , tasty, plenty , good variety. The wellness suite was good, well used by us and the family we went with. Snack time was good . Many of the staff were very good and respectful.

Review 10：We booked 4 standard rooms for the same price but two of the rooms were of less than declared standard quality (without sofa and small) One ski cabin was to small and without boot dryer
