Review 1：Not a really five stars hotels as the facilities seem old.

Review 2：I checked in at 3am due to bus delay but the staff is very friendly to get me to the room quickly.

Review 3：Gym was overrun by outsiders.It certainly wasn't welcoming. Our room on the 9th floor had a crack in the window & a missing hinge.

Review 4：Location,room & good breakfast .The staff let us stay 1& a half hours after our check out because of our flight time.

Review 5：No bad experience but I left with 2 unanswered questions; my fault for not getting the answers. Salta cab drivers and hotel itself stress Alejandro 1, as in #1, as if there might be a Alejandro 2 and 3, etc. Not sure why the #1 was so important. In the lobby of the Alejandro 1 above the check-in area is a large picture of a boy and a sign "Homage to Alejandro something something"-I guessed the boy was the first born Alejandro and he had a tragic death and his parents built this great hotel called Alejandro 1 in his memory but I should have asked if my guess was correct.

Review 6：Everything.... 2 blocks from main square, great art work in public areas of hotel, everything works well at hotel, extensive breakfast, very comfortable beds and room.

Review 9：The front desk staff was not helpful. We left postcards to be mailed (staff said it was OK), but they never mailed them -probably threw them away. The front desk acted like the guests were an unwelcome intrusion.

Review 11：El wifi, que es realmente muy malo. Que no haya escaleras (excepto las de emergencia). Los ascensores son muy lentos y sería bueno poder usar escaleras.

Review 13：VERY overpriced! Was told that my room was not ready at 9 pm. Wifi didn't work on my iphone and iffy on my windows based computer. Didn't have hot enough water for a bath at 4 am. Opened door and switched on lights to put a newspaper in the room at 5 am.

Review 19：This has to be by far the worst so called 5 Star Hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. The reason for my visit was to see my wife (she is Saltanien) whom due to visa difficulties I have been apart from for 8 months. On the day of booking the hotel through booking.com at the bottom of my booking I included an extra note explaining that I had not seen my wife and if they could make any suggestions to make our stay more romantic and also about payment. I also followed this up with an email directly to the reservations email advertised on the hotels website. Bearing in mind this was 4 days before my stay I thought that ample time to get a response. Except I never received a response, not exactly what you expect from a "5 Star" hotel. Upon my arrival to the hotel ( 9.00pm ) I questioned the check in staff about this, their response was they have no idea and to ask the next day at reception. Which is exactly what I did, again I was told by reception they wouldn't have an answer to my question and probably the reservation team have been too busy so were unable to respond to my email because "they receive alot of emails". I was asked to leave my email address so that the manager could contact me directly to discuss the matter further, well that was 5 days ago and I've heard nothing, not that I am surprised. I booked an Excutive room on the 10th floor which was advertised as more prestigious, except it was not. In fact upon arriving on the 10th floor there was a stench of sewage which continued into my room. Along side that the room only had one bath robe and one set of slippers, minor details I know but when you are advertising yourself as the No.1 5 star hotel in the city its the minor details I am paying for. The hotel has an ambience of arrogance that is not backed up with the actual experience. All in all I would steer clear of this hotel.
