Review 1：All the Reception desk Staff (December 30 & 31), all males, were absolutely non-customer oriented. No greetings ("Hello", or just "Hi"), no smiles, not looking at the guests when you passing by the reception, not giving any information about the hotels and its' services (when checking in) - not a word about breakfast, wi-fi, sauna, restaurant, bar. Breakfast staff does not make food re-feels unless you tell them that no food left. Breakfast assortment is poor. Rooms have no shower amenities, just liquid soap. Sauna is working only 2-3 hours in the morning.

Review 2：Great location, close to the old city. Good value for money. Fantastic cook in the hotel's restaurant Berlin! Everything we have tasted was delicious! We recommend Berlin restaurant for dinner. The New Year special offer was unforgettable!

Review 5：We were charged 21 euro for the dog which (the price) was not mentioned while booking. There are better offers for the price. Also the room did not have a window that opens and there was no air circulation.

Review 7：I arrived early in the morning and had a chance to try their breakfast before check-in. It was one of the most disgusting breakfasts I've ever had in my life: veggies were either fermented or not fresh, meat had the specific smell telling you 'I've been lying on this tray for a few days now', although the oatmeal was tasty. They also had only 2 kinds of bread: toasting and rock-hard sliced bread. If it's very important for you to eat fresh bread with butter for breakfast I advise you to go to a Rimi supermarket to buy some! Although, for the price of breakfast which is €7.50 you could find a good place serving great food in town. While checking-in, I asked a receptionist if my room rate could be changed for a breakfast excluded one and was rejected, even though I said that I didn't like their food!!! My room was cold and hellishly dusty, the curtains were dirty, no bathroom amenities. If you want to get some rest after a hard day I do not advise you to book this hotel because there's no soundproofing, basically you hear everything what's happening around your room.

Review 8：When we arrived they haven't our reservation. But had rooms and gave us double room. widows were into reception. No conditioner or possibility to ventilate room (widow hasn't handle). Breakfast a little bit poor.

Review 14：The staff at restaurant Berlin which provides the breakfast was awful. One person yelled at me when I didn't hear him ask me for my room number the first time. The hotel staff were initially not smiling at all, but that got a little better.

Review 15：I got a room with a view of the sea. Not a perfect view, but good. And although I didn't use it, it was a nice opportunity to have a room with a sauna. And the old lady who cleaned the rooms seemed very nice and did a good job.

Review 20：The double room i got had a small window but the window couldnt be opened (plus it was facing another wall) so the air in the room was stale and it felt a bit like in a cave. There was no aircon either. This information however was not mentioned at the booking. I was expecting a normal standard room as shown on the photos but instead got a much lower level room for the same price. And as the hotel was full, there was no option of changing it. The breakfast was quite poor and not worth the money. There are many cafes nearby serving much better options.

We have made this twice. Even all info about me is saved on Booking.com and She have to received this with my reservation, I had to have fill up those info to theirs card by hand. The hotel system is NOT saving those data, it means I have to fill this up and guide Her to create the invoice even I was there already... It means They press customers to wrote those data to paper forms again and again and again even they have computer system which can do this automatically... Ugly rooms, very bad breakfast. Bad! For its price and category very BAD!!!

Review 49：We arrived at 6AM after an entire night traveling from Russia. We sent emails about early check in twice, they said that if they had a room free, it would be ok to do an early check in. We arrived early in the morning and was no rooms. Okay, it happens. We saw some people doing check out, so we were expecting the reception guy sent somebody to clean the room but he did nothing. More people left the hotel and nothing. So, we were expecting to pay for an early check in and go to the room to get some sleep but we had to go outside and walk untill 2PM, that was the check in time as the guy said when we asked about what time they would have a free room. It would have been more sincere if the hotel just said that they don't do early check in. We were very disapointed.

Review 51：When I arrived quite late in the evening, you actually expect a hospitable and helpful receptionist. Actually the one who helped did not say much, not even good evening. he only provided me the usual registration papers and the key, and only said the room number... not very representative and professional. On the other hand the staff of the restaurant/bar is a bit more friendlier. No orange juice during breakfast.

We had one double standard room and bigger standard double room with extrabed for a teenager from chair. Rooms were ok. Not new, but clean and functioning. Breakfast basic level, but good enough and everything still available even 9:30. Nice lobby bar. Everything worked ok with hotel and hotel beauty parlour personnel. No noise or any other disturbances during our stay. Early booking price good.
