Review 1：Don't know if it was just because we were there off season in October, but there were no staff in the hotel in the afternoons or over night. We were given a key to the front door to let ourselves in and out, but we were not given an emergency phone number ............

Review 2：Large, comfortable, quiet, room, and hotel in a very good location close to the centre of Pollensa. Excellent breakfasts, and free semi-secure parking close by.

Review 9：We were treated very rudely by the owner at checkout time - not what you would expect for the quite nature of the place and price of the room. We were still packing about 20 mins past noon checkout time when she started knocking loudly and shouting angrily at us that she needed to turn the room around in 1 hour. We'd have preferred a gentle reminder like a note under the door the night before! Shame to ruin our last impression by being a poor hostess. Toiletries were not great either, but at least they didn't shout at us.

Review 10：We stayed 2 nights in this lovely little hotel in a beautiful part of Mallorca. We had a nice room with 4 poster bed, adjacent to the small swimming pool area. Hotel is quited with a very relaxing little pool area and clearly has been designed/refurbished with love.

Review 11：The hotel is full of beautiful antiques and paintings which add to its ambience. The rooms are decorated to a high standard with modern bathrooms but also with a range of interesting antique furniture. Breakfast consists of a good buffet selection with hot food if requested. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The outdoor pool area is a welcome retreat after wandering around the old town.

Review 14：The management of this location is poor. One of our rooms was booked twice. We were told that one room had to move into a private house. Totally unacceptable and the manner in which it was done was offensive. Avoid this place.

Review 18：This hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere nothing hurried, no pressure. Breakfast buffet not cleared away on the dot, late check when possible. Charming .

Review 19：We booked 2 rooms. On the 2nd day we were advised that one of us had to move to a bed room in a nearby private house. After we agreed and had packed to move we were then advised it had to be the better of the 2 rooms he wanted. On leaving no one was available to complain to & no financial recompense was offered. A poor experience .

Review 20：From the minute We stepped through the door of the Posada we felt completely at home! Our stay compared to being a guest in a private house. No one bothered you but the staff were attentive and discreet. Wolfgang, the 'host' could not have been more helpful and spoke excellent English. I am rather loathe to say more because I think it should be a well-kept secret!

Review 21：Not being greeted on arrival (8.00pm) Just a little note on the door (which we did not see for a while) giving a number to ring which did not work. Could do nothing so went round corner for drink. On return, owner Wolfgang had appeared and we were then very well looked after. Apparently this happened to other guests as well. After a long day travelling, this is not appreciated. (We had also given eta in email)

Review 23：The location,perfect for the town.The fact that there are only a few rooms and when you go to sit by the pool all the sunbeds dont have towels on them saving them for people who are out all day. And the relaxed atmosphere in the place.

Review 54：A very warm welcome from Wolfgang and his cats. Breakfast was good and the fact that we are not early risers was not a problem. We ate by the pool in the attractive garden one morning. Room clean and comfortable.

Review 58：The interior design, furnishings and fit-out. Lovely, small back garden with pool, although being winter, we didn't use it. Excellent breakfast, cooked & served by a delightful lady named Carmen. The location is perfect--within 5-10 mins. walk of all the main attractions in town. Very pleasant host, although he was not there when we arrived & had to ring him to come & let us in, which could be awkward for those without a mobile phone.

Review 65：Unfortunately, the beds in most of European hotels, are way to hard. The greatest disadvantage is the lack of softness in the top of the beds. In Sweden, we have a completely different culture, so I respect that we are probably odd but I can assure you that I can motivate the problem with ergonomic arguments :-) Posada de Lluc is no exception, they are quite hard which effects our sleeping quality and that´s a pity.

Review 66：We have, except one small thing, only a 5-grade judgement for this fantastic hotel. With new management from 1st of April 2013, this is one of the best hotels we ever have used. And we are quite experienced, especially from hotels at Mallorca. Perfect with a generous pool in a small hotel in the city of Pollenca. Nice breakfast, beautiful rooms and a professional and very warm management.

The buffet could have been better presented with more on it. We felt the hotel was open too early in the season and they were not expecting guests!
