Review 1：The only minor complaints would be that: the tennis court was not included and at 28 euros per hour was rather expensive and the family room would be best with adult area/bed upstairs - both for privacy and safety (steep stairs for small children).The hotel is slightly out of the main Bad Gastein resort area so car needed to explore but we appreciated the calm environment.

Review 2：Wonderful mid size family run hotel with personal and friendly service from start to finish. Great facilities that balance family fun/kids activities (huge sport hall, cinema, organized games etc) and family pools with high standard adjacent spa reserved for adults only. Family room decent size with two separate seeping areas and two excellent bathrooms. We were on ski holiday and appreciated the personal bus service to the lift and super friendly driver Joseph who brightened every day with his happy demeanor. Highlight of the stay was the amazing full board food. Substantial buffet breakfast kept us going until an after ski hot food snack back at the hotel. Dinner was 5-7 served courses every evening seated in the elegant dining area - from which kids can run off into the sports hall when done and parents can enjoy some adult time. Equivalent dinner in a restaurant would be upwards of 50 euros per person at least so we felt this was a real treat and amazing value for money. Our younger child aged 11 could choose between child menu or normal menu at no extra cost and enjoyed tasting many new foods such as mountain goat!!
