Review 1：Stayed mid-December and I think we were the only guests there, so you can forgive them for not having the full complement of staff. A guy came in to make our breakfast, but didn't seem to do much else!

Review 3：When we arrived we had to ring for a man to sign us in and in reception it was dark and not welcoming.

Review 12：The location is the best in Pollensa old town, situated in the centre - Plaza Major. All the restaurants, shops within 200 meters and the Sunday morning market

Review 13：There had clearly been a problem in the bathroom with the extractor fan, and whilst clean, the wall had not been redecorated and therefore spoilt the appearance, which was already quite plain. However, the real issue was the dreadful noise the fan made. It came on with the light, and without the light it was pitch dark. The Manager did not feel the noise was a problem but any idea of a relaxing bath was no longer an option. Even the cleaning staff agreed it was really noisy!!

Review 14：The location was lovely although some mornings were quite noisy, particularly the morning I think the bin men came around, but to some extent, to be expected in a town location. The waiting staff were very helpful and polite, but the Manager was less engaging.

Review 15：Excellent location right on Pollenca Old Town main square which is what makes this hotel. Basic but clean and very spacious quiet room at the back of the hotel. Good value for the money paid.

Review 18：The only slight negatives were that the double bed consisted of 2 singles pushed together (pretty standard in the med) and the bathroom could have been maintained a little better.This would definitely not put me off coming back.

Review 19：This was my second visit to pollenca and I am so glad I came across this little gem. The location was perfect for our 4 day mini break, literally steps away from the main square. The guy who runs the place is very friendly and seems to always be around. Our room was basic but clean and had all we needed. The highlights were the terrace which looked out over the rooftops and the small square outside the hotel where our breakfast was served. Such a lovely place and such a bargain!

Review 21：Transparent Curtain, too much light enter to the room. The bed it a little hard. I had problems with hot water, i had to shower fast because the water got cold in a bit.

Review 31：I didn´t like it the manager of the hotel,very poor manners and it is too expensive for what it is, horrible decoration and the room it was at the back. I told them I was allergic to dairy before I went because breaksfast was included and they didnt even care the offered croissants, cheese and cow milk, that was very kind considering that I was spending almost 100euros.

Review 33：Arrived to find hotel door closed and had to alert a staff person sitting inside who then admitted us - this was at 1 o clock in the day and we're due to check in after midday. Television in room did not work consistently - initially staff person checked it out but it really was not working properly for duration of stay. Air conditioning created a bad smell in room if left on for a few hours. Bathroom needed to have grouting redone around bath area and a small area of the painted section of wall needed to be redone. It probably could do with being freshened up entirely.

Review 36：The location just off the Town Square is perfect. Wonderful view of the hustle and bustle of life in a busy town. The view from balcony at night was just perfect, it was magical sitting and drinking in the whole atmosphere.

Old Basic room, Black marks on the white bed cover. Old broken digital box still in the room with a newer one placed on the top. Bathroom was old and grubby with Very old, Very grey towels. The room was pre-paid at time of booking or else we would of left.

Review 38：Rooms are a lttle bit poor and bare, but you get all you need (bad, refrigerator, a table, a chair...). The staff is very kind and nice, but on Aug, 15 surprisingly there was no breakfast (ot too late?). Expected brackfast time 8:30-10, but nobody was there till 9:30 (the hotel was completely closed).

Review 39：Small hotel for a good price, located in the main square of a beautiful village. You can go to the beach by car and enjoy the night in pollenca just in front of the hotel. Good air conditioning is very useful in August.

Review 87：We stayed at Ca'l Lloro for 3 days on a short (return) visit to Pollensa in June. It is an excellent small hotel. Our room was of a reasonable size and kept scrupulously clean during our stay. We had a choice of room overlooking the square and a room with a view to the mountains at the back. We chose the latter. The staff were brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. The very adequate breakfast was served by the receptionist who also came to fix our television when we couldn't get it to work properly. She probably did all sorts of other jobs too! This is obviously not the Dorchester but a small hotel in a country town with very much of a family feel to it. We would happily recommend it to anyone seeking a hotel of that kind in Pollensa

Review 88：The hotel seems to be shut 1600-1800 so after a long walk from Lluc we had to sit outside for over an hour. No great hardship but we were looking forward to a shower followed by a cold beer.

Review 98：The hotel is situated on Pollensa's principal Square, so very close to all the town's restaurants and sites of tourism. Staff very polite and friendly. The continental breakfast was substantial and we enjoyed that on the outside tables, especially on Sunday with the buzz of market day.
