Review 1：Even service lady was very nice, she was alone and with the amount of guests couldn't keep up, what was not her mistake. Room telephone was not working, and even we reported it, it was never fixed. Dinner in hotel restaurant was below standard. Our meat, pork tenderloin was burnt and dryed, and my salad had sand in the first bite. The salad was replaced, but we never got any real feedback besides sorry from waiter regarding the main course. Review 9：There was a slight confusion with the pool towels and bathrobes. They give to use them for free, but for some reason they are not left in the rooms.

Review 10：There is a jumping castle and a playground - great for kids. We also enjoyed swimming pool, which has a separate section for small children. The water was warm, so a 3 year old can stay in for almost an hour.

Review 17：We were not happy that 2 boot bags were lifted from the ski room, which contained our ski boots and helmets, however, skis and poles remained. The service in the restaurant was very poor, we could not order drinks at the bar and our meal took an hour from sitting down to be served.

Review 21：9 euros a day to park in the complex itself seemed a bit steep.Double beds were really two singles pushed together, with two single duvets. This leaves you with an awkward gap down the middle and frequent adjusting of duvets.

Review 22：3 miles outside Winterberg, right beside a ski slope (although we stayedin summer), the hotel is well located. If there are no trees in the way,you can get good views. The kitchenette in the apartment was very wellequipped, with everything from egg cups and a toaster, to a vacuumcleaner. Our kids loved the swimming-pool.

Review 47：It all feels and looks somewhat dated. We booked an apartment 'Hase' but found it not half as nice as on the pictures. The bathroom was mouldy and had marks of leaks on the walls. The toilet broke in the evening and we had to listen to the sound of running water all night. All in all, we weren't impressed with this hotel. We paid 150 euro's for the night, which was too much for what we got.
