Review 1：There was no sparkling wine, roses or/and fruits as it was showed when made the reservation. What is the difference between standard room and romantic room? We saw none. Very disappointing. I demand a partial refund or some other mean of compensation! Also, no one from booking.com has replayed to my e-mail, which I sent 3 days ago!

Review 3：Bathroom was a little dated, and sounds from the plumbing came through exceptionally loud, along with some occasional sewage smell. Fairly loud traffic noise coming through even on courtyard side.

Review 8：Breakfast is terrible. No sweets (only bread and jam and frozen brioche). the food offered at breakfast seem leftovers from the buffet's restaurant the night before. Breakfast close at 10:00. We had breakfast from 09:30 to 10:00. At 10:01 we asked for 1 slice of bread to the waitress, we would like to finish the jam in our dish. she went into the kitchen to take it, but the manager went out from the kitchen saying that 10:00 has passed and they will not give us the slice of bread. Very kind and polite, you are really welcome in this hotel !!! during the second night a terrible stench of pee started to come out from the bathroom drains.

Review 9：Hotel is clean and pretty nice, very close to old city. Blonde, tall & beautiful receptionist was very nice with us.

Review 10：We were on our honeymoon(staff knew this), but it was not noticed... We tried to ask for late checkout on our last day(day 4), but the receptionist didn't want to change their routine and said that the hotel was fully booked. This was not true. She also said that it's not free of charge... Maybe we looked poor... Sad but true this kind of "service"...

Review 26：Management seems to react well to inconveniences that were brought to their attention in previous reviews: breakfast was excellent and staff kept up well, cleaning level was immaculate, and service concentrated on fulfilling customer's wishes, solving problems and providing solutions. Add working wifi, air conditioning, very comfortable bed and excellent location - this hotel experience made my vacation even better. We even got our room a bit early and my requests were taken into consideration. Business rooms are fairly big and they have coffee makers, as well as some other nice features.

Review 29：The hotel is located just next to old city, however quite far away from harbor. It was not problem for us, as we just walked through an old city once arrived in Tallinn, and reached the hotel just before check-in (it can be considered as advantage even). Room was a bit smaller then we expected: no little hall before room, but rather you come in right inside a bedroom. It was a problem for us because we had a pram. So we left it main corridor.

Review 34：It was pretty hot and stuffy in the room (+26 centigrate), althoughat the time of our stay the temperature outside was between +16 &+20. It was impossible to cool the room by fully opening the windowas due to safety reasons (actually the window presents a full sizeglass door) could be only slightly tilted inwards. I am afraid,thismight be a problem for all the rooms due to the design of thefacade of the building.

Review 35：The standard room we had was very neat, clean and light alhough a bitsmall. All equipment inside is new. Very friendly staff, some speakRussian. Breakfast ok.The hotel is located on the "ring way" around the old town. It will take up to five minutes walking through a picturesque park to reach the westerly entrance of the upper part of the old town. Spotted at least 2 restaurants within 100 m. from the hotel. In the Falgi str. leading from the hotel to the old town a stop of a sightseeing bus can be found on the lefthand side. A good way to start your acquaintance with Tallin by having a round trip to understand which places to visit first.

Review 36：Situated just outside the old town walls this hotel is literally a few minutes walk to everything. Tastefully decorated rooms with great modern bathrooms. Pure comfort! Review 42：The hotel is a very good tourist hotel in what you get for your money. The breakfast provides a good choice ranging from bread rolls, scrambled eggs, cerials, as well as salad and biscuits. The rooms (as I can tell from my) are modern and clean. They are equipped with flat screen TV and (maybe not all) a coffee machine. You find enough power sockets for charging your electronic devices too. The hotel - though located on main street - is quite and you don't hear any traffic noise. The location rocks!!! You have it 5 minutes into old town and 15-20 minutes (walking speed varies) to the bust terminal and main train station (and these are just a turn to the left when exiting the hotel and then a walk following the street)

Everything was very clean, wifi was great with very strong signal, perfect location being a 5min walk from the Kiek in de kok. Very friendly staff with a very speedy and efficient check-in and out. The cost for this service was good (about 9 euro per night). The rooms were clean, with low level of noise (good noise isolation). Breakfast also was OK. The breakfast at two different restaurants was chaotic. The lobby with a tiny bar is very small for a hotel with 122 rooms. The hotel is as boring as it looks from outside.
