Review 1：Nothing. This was a great hotel at a reasonable price.

Review 2：Beautiful, large hotel with large rooms, very comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Really liked the free parking right in front!

Review 3：Quite a way from the station, no early buses so need to take cabs. Misinformation about breakfast times meant a rush. I've had better breakfasts in cheaper hotels.

Review 5：The hotel was chosen because it has air conditioning and because it is non smoking. These were not true - the air temperature could not be cooled down more than 3 degrees. Each balcony has an ash tray which means the smell of smoking goes into other rooms.

Review 6：The space in the room and being able to sit on the balcony in the evening. The staff in the restaurant and at breakfast were very pleasant and helpful.

Review 8：There was a big yellow stain on the mattress: the mattress was changed when we told reception. There were not many food options at breakfast. The room cleaners took until early afternoon to get to cleaning our room.

Review 9：The hotel lobby is very well designed and cosy. There are little corners with comfortable couches throughout the hotel which we liked to sit down and chat in. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 14：Very comfortable, large room, picture exactly what you get, tv and wifi worked well, new hotel, nice furnishings, clean, staff helpful, good breakfast - and still plenty to choose from even at 9.30 am. Really enjoyed our overnight stay.

Review 15：Normally Opus is top quality but this time my experience was not that good regarding the restaurant. Maybe because we came in late for dinner (around 20.30 h which is late in Denmark). Our party of 5 people ordered the tournedos steak medium rare but they all came very well done and cold so it looked as if the had to defrost the meat first before over cooking it way to far! Besides that it was tasteless. Also the service wasn't very friendly. During breakfast the next morning we had the same experience. Although the hotel was almost completely booked the buffet was not that complete as I experienced before and the breakfast room looked messy (dirty floor and tables). Like I said: I stay here often and this was the first bad experience so hopefully it won't happen again (otherwise I have to search for a better place).

Review 19：This is our third stay at this fantastic gem of a hotel, twice as a mature couple and once with grandchildren. The room size is very adequate, amenities above average and bathroom better than most. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is excellent and adds to the better-than-average value of a stay at this hotel. It your are traveling by car, try this hotel - you will like it.

Review 20：It was a bit far from the downtown area. Staff were hit and miss. When we checked in, she just handed us a key and didn't explain anything. We tried to go to the (insanely overpriced) restaurant for lunch and had to search for a server for 20 mins, and when we found him, service was really bad for mediocre food.

Review 21：The hotel was really nice! Beautiful sauna/steam room area. Comfortable room. We had a nice patio area overlooking a field. Quite close to a couple grocery stores and the prison. Free bike rentals. Breakfast was quite nice.

Review 22：The cleaning ladies ignored the note on the door saying Do not disturb (or whatever it was with similar meaning...) and even if we didn´t want clean towels, they changed them. I find this wasteful and against environment. Why put the note on the door handle then?

Review 79：We arranged a weekend stay for all family, but Opus is a no go for families with children. We called them in advance and was told they could prepare pizza for children. When we came and asked to reserve a table 2 hours before dinnertime, they told that there were no tables available this evening, and by the way no pizza. Poor facilities. Only open lobby sofa area to hang around in. Road noise in rooms. Never again.

Review 100：For Danish Hotel, this is a very clean and modern House, good rooms and even nice bathrooms. Good breakfast included with lots of organic items. Just the prices at the bar are a little up the roof, but i think there are a lot of taxes to the drinks.

So couples with young childrenshould be placed closer to the lounge if possible.When you travel with kids of age 0-2 years old, you normally would expect a baby bed - not a sleep sofa. You are in need of an indoor pool..... :-)
