Review 2：The beds where great as they were hard beds which is great for anyone with a bad back like me. The food was good as I'm a veggie and I loved all the fresh salads every day and the sweets

Review 3：Nothing I enjoyed here ! It was like a shopping mall! The food was freezing... It was far too busy. It would take us about half an hour to get from the pool, restaurant, bar up to our room. The lifts were a nightmare and I wouldd definitely not stay here again.

Review 10：The hotel is very clean and the facilities are excellent. The pool area is very big with lots of loungers for everyone and the sun shines almost all over the pool area from morning until late evening. The entertainment is also really good and to enjoy a drink round the bar which has a really good atmosphere at night for all. I also used the gym everyday which is really good considering it's an hotel gym. The equipment is a little tired but still good to keep you supple whilst in Benidorm.

Review 13：The food wasn't overly great, but, I am vegan so I didn't expect great things anyway as not all places cater very well to this dietry requirement. Therefore I dont think I can really comment on the food. Nice supply of fruit though which was nice.

Review 15：We had a large room with 4 single beds for 3 people, but were moved to a twin room with a pull out bed more suitable for a child than an adult. Service in the restaurant was fine, but the bar staff service was terrible. One waitress couldn't speak English, but what difficulty did coca cola light, 2 Sprite, whisky, vodka & Negrita cause ? It was difficult to catch their attention even when the place was almost empty. Attention at reception depended on how keen you were to push to the front rather than wait your turn. Entertainment was poor. Thursday night's duo would be better working funerals. Would not stay there again or recommend it.Does not live up to its website.

Review 23：The restaurant, which is soulless and more like a cheap canteen than a4* restaurant; the quality of the food varied from ok to 'I wish Ihadn't bothered'; the breakfast was barely adequate, both inchoice and availability; the whole hotel seems understaffed; the roomwas cleanish but very shabby; my stay was on a b & b basis and atthe price I paid wi-fi should be free and the parking cheaper (orfree). I have stayed in 2* hotels that are twice as good as this andhalf the price.

Review 25：The dinner is a little boring, to many mixed stews. It took 5 days for me, out of 6 to get infomations about English channels. Receptions staff was not to eager to help me, until the last day. The hotel should tell English speaking people about it, when we arrive.

Review 105：The rooms were quite dated, tv was very small and poorly positioned,The staff were very unhelpful and on some occasions rude, especially the older gentlemen appeared to be restaurant manager, no wifi in room and had to pay to use the wifi and only available in lobby and also the pay for safe key, these are both very standard and available in most basic hotels at no charge.

Good size balconies with nice views along the coastline.Regular buses, Numbers 2 & 3, run from the side of the hotel intothe old town and british bar areas and cost 1.50 euros for singlejourney. If you are late returning back to hotel a taxi costs about 14euro from Cafe Benidorm.

Entrance into the spa and gym incurs an additional cost.The hotel will charge the first night for reservations of more than 3 bedrooms.Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
