Review 1：The hotel was lovely and warm with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that the children had a special ´Reyes´celebration.

Review 2：The river behind the hotel was quite loud, could be better sound insulated. But was our room which faced the river.

Review 3：Really friendly staff, great central location in Espot to go into the local hiking trails, and well located to get to Baqueira/Beret to ski. Really great experience. Good food in the hotel too for dinner. Superb spa facilities reserved just for you. Exactly what you need after a day skiing or hiking. Really nice decor. Simple and relaxing. No over ornamentation.

Review 9：The staff was extremely kind. Willing to help and flexible. We stayed there before and after a hike of a few days, it is possible to leave luggage in the hotel and wash the dirty clothes after coming back. Breakfast was very nice and room was clean and cosy. Everything was exactly what we wanted!

Review 13：Family run hotel. They would try to do all to make your stay perfect. Excellent restaurant, very good breakfast, free parking outside. Beautiful mountain view from the room balcony. Hotel located in front of the food store and taxi stop for Parque National Aiguestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel well situated in the middle of the small town of Espot. The buffet breakfast was fine and we ate once in the hotel restaurant which was good value.

Review 78：The Els Encantats is just across the street from the jeep service, and tourist info, that will drive you up to Aigüestores Natural Park. Couldn't be more convenient. There is some parking at the hotel but there is a very large, free municipal parking lot only 100-200 meters away. We did not eat in the hotel but had a coffee and cola in the dining room and used the wi-fi. The day we arrived there was a village festival something between summer solstice and Halloween with fireworks and a large bonfire down the street. I understand that this hotel is convenient for skiers too.

The stuff, which consists of very nice couple, is very calm,informative and helpfull. The breakfast was very rich and healthy. The restaurant dishes were not expensive and very good. I enjoyed a lot during my stay there, and would return to this place again on occasion.
