Review 1：The room we were in had a plumbing issue and woke us up at regular intervals during the night. Should have moved rooms to be honest! The breakfast was disappointing, the cereals/muesli were poor quality and the warm items such as scrambled egg etc were very unappetizing.
Review 2：Building work going on in hotel and no prior knowledge of this. Staff, although not rude seemed distant and more intent on their own needs than guests.

Review 4：Bathroom air had and got sewage drain odors when nobody had used it for hours. Parking requires some effort for notorious reasons in that historical town.

Review 9：Travelled with a friend for pre-winter holiday. Known of this hotel for some time as we have visited Pollenca many times. We have previously been shown around the hotel by the owners. My husband and I usually stay in a villa near-by, but this time wanted to be in Pollenca when holidaying with a friend for ease of getting to shops, cafes and restaurants. Excellent! will use again.
Review 10：Air conditioning almost non-existent, though because our room overlooked the garden we were able to have windows open, so it wasn't a problem.

Review 12：We had a fantastic short break at this hotel. The room was spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. The hotel garden and pool were really lovely and everywhere was spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was among the best we have had anywhere including in Michelin starred restaurants with rooms. The restaurant is excellent and we will definitely come again.
Review 13：Bathroom floor not cleaned. Cockroaches seen twice in the bathroom at night.no parasols for the garden in 36 degree heat. The owner booked a taxi for us to porta pollensa it was delayed by 50 mins when we enquired politely about it the owners daughter began shouting in an abusive manner!! This was in the street in front of people at the restaurant.

Review 17：Although the bedroom was really lovely, we found the matress far too hard for our personal comfort. Maybe just a seniors thing! Oh, and couldn't get a morning coffee, as there is no service between breakfast ending at 10.15 and the restaurant opening at 12.30. That's all!

Review 20：A lovely family run hotel in old Pollença town with a delightful garden and pool area. Good breakfast, an honesty fridge well stocked with beer, water, soft drinks etc. A delightful room overlooking the mountains in a quiet street minutes away from the main square. A good restaurant where we were well cared for by Alex and her staff. A wonderful stay, we are looking forward to going back.
Review 21：Breakfast could have been improved with fresh orange juice and better coffee but the jams were delicious. Parking and navigating the tiny streets are probably unavoidable issues in a town where most roads are pedestrianised.

Review 32：During checking out we were disappointed not to be asked how our stay was and didn't even get a goodbye from the lady who originally checked us in. We thought that was quite poor although we did enjoy our stay and wished we could have had a couple of extra nights.
Review 33：Lovely small hotel, and we had a beautiful room. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of restaufants within a few minutes walking distance in the lovely old town. There was a gorgeous garden with a small pool which was perfect to relax in after a day of sightseeing.
Review 34：After reading the previous reviews we requested a room in the main hotel and this was agreed prior to our arrival however once we got there it wasn't possible. There was no wifi in the room and whilst we enjoyed having the privacy of the suite it could have done with a more thorough clean. The kettle broke towards the end of our stay and was eventually replaced with another broken one. Whilst these things didn't spoil our stay given the price we expected more.
Review 35：The hotel was lovely and the garden was a little oasis in the midst of the old town. We had a junior suite in the garden area with a small terrace so it felt very private. The food was excellent and the staff absolutely fantastic!
