Review 1：The dining room was rather noisy, but this was not the fault of the hotel. We just wish people staying could have been a bit more respectful to others.

Review 2：Our stay was only one night and we wished we were staying longer. Lovely room, very good food and a well run hotel. Thank you to all the staff who contributed to making our stay so pleasurable.

Review 3：Last night, a bunch of German tourist did a bit of noise in the night so we realised that the walls are not so sound-proof but other than that nothing.

Review 4：This was our first holiday with a baby (5 months old) and after reading some reviews we were quite worried but have to say it was not necessary. The hotel was excellent, the staff very friendly and always tried to be helpful. All staff speaking good English. There was shade by the pool for the baby. There is a microwave in the dining area so we could sterilise the bottles during the meal times. Basically we had no problem being on holidays with our little one which exactly what we were looking for!!! Lidl and Carrefour are nearby to buy nappies etc.

Review 5：we were 4 persons and kitchen leader was a harsh person because when he saw that we have a predilection for a table he decided to change it, instead of 3-4 he made 2 of 1-2 persons and we have been forced to move in other place.

Review 7：dirty plates in restaurant was very off putting.canteen feel to the restaurant.orange juice and coffee was worst I have drank.unfriendly and unwelcoming feel of the hotel generally.abrupt staff at reception. the poolside beds had no covers whilst caprici 3star across the did have them, i did find that very odd. there is a sign that states unoccuppied beds would have towels removed after 20 minutes however I saw people leaving towels from breakfast for hours and no one removed any towels.wifi was terrible in rooms

Review 9：The hotel dining room is so noisy it's an assault on your ears. Food is really no more than average. Children's menu consists of mainly burgers and hot dogs The majority of sun beds are broken and are uncomfortable. You cannot charge anything to your room and have to use cash for all refreshments at lunch and dinner.

Poor selection at lunch time and dinner (If they pretend to have 4 ****Sup) it ok for 3*** Pool area ist just ridiculous they take of yout towels if you are not there and give yur sun beds to another people and when people come back the conflict starts between the guests.Its the hotelier job to supply appropriate equipment quantity.Wi-Fi -doen't work or just very slow...

Review 23：My two young children (aged 11 and 12) come regularly to Santa Suzana because the Mountain Biking is very good. We have stayed at a number of the 4 star hotels in the area. The Hotel Caprici Verde ranks very well compared to our experience at other hotels in the area. It is conveniently located relative to train station, beach, kids entertainment, biking, shops and restaurants

Review 24：Nice hotel whith good food and servise. Near train staition (go to Barcelona 4.9euro). We buy tickets to train go and return + bus turistic in Barcelona - 27 euro.

Review 25：- not a 4 star hotel at all, rather 3★ - food with really bad taste, and almost the SAME for EVERY breakfasts and dinners - they charge you for drinks at dinner, but you have to pay it immediately and only with cash - rude staff, with poor English-knowledge - they say there is free WIFI - it's not working at all - old furniture at lounges and at rooms - air conditioning is not working properly

Review 27：- The quality of the food has decreased quite a lot from my previous visit (2008) -> the food diversity is still the same, however the quality has decreased. - The WiFi was so slow that it was almost unusable (I had to activate an expensive 3G data option on my phone - there is no 4G in Santa Susanna, BTW).

Very clean, well maintained. Food could be better but the catering needs of so many nationalities is difficult. Staff work very hard. Liked the space of bedrooms. Plenty of good space areas around hotel to relax.

Review 33：Useless wi-fi even in the lobby, they shouldn't be allowed to display the symbol. Reception staff initially unaware of my booking.com reservation at check-in, asking me to email them first. Then their credit card machine wouldn't work. Poor first impression. At dinner, the staff member at the door escorts you to a table, causing queuing - at breakfast (also a buffet as is standard) you find your own.

Review 34：Location at the quiet end of the resort, hotels there are further apart. Food, cleanliness, friendly restaurant staff. Easy check-out - just hand in room key.

Review 35：The hotel is an hour and a half from Barcelona airport on the train which cost around 5euro pp. It is a 5min walk from Santa Susana station. 5min to the beach. A 20min walk or one stop on the train to Malgrat de Mar where you will find a sandy beach with shallower water. Food was excellent, very fresh and great choice. Great entertainment every night especially for kids i.e. Disney shows, dance competitions... Lovely outdoor pool. Staff amazing and good with children. Very welcoming. Also very trust worthy and accomadting. My son left his Samsung galaxy tablet in the hotel room. When I returned to London I called the hotel. They packed up the tablet and gave it to UPS to be returned safely to us. Thank you Patrick you are a star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review 55：I don't believe this is really a four stars hotel - its a very good three stars. The room we got when we received had a very small- old type TV and I noticed that they still had those TV in the lobby as well.The beds in that room were very uncomfortable as well and we did managed to get an upgrade to a premium room with sea-view. Those are the rooms that have been recently renovated and upgraded with new flat screen TV, better design and better beds. You do need to put in a deposit for everything you need to use, which I found a little annoying: *12 euro's for the SAFE and leave 10 euro's guarantee at the reception to use the key. *10 EUR guarantee for the TV remote control ; *3 EUR / hour to use the iron ; All those services should come in free in a four stars hotel and we shouldn't have to leave any guarantees at the reception - I thought that's what credit cards are for. If you do go there thinking that there is internet , forget it. The WIFI is absolutely horrendous and when I travel this is a must in my case, as I need to login at work even when I am away. The rooms as well as the lounge needs a little upgrade.

Review 56：This hotel would be best described as a family hotel and Santa Sussana as a family beach resort. The breakfast was very good, the animation team kept all the children, as well as the adults, entertained with games, dances and such.In the evening time they had some fun shows . The water in the pool was nice and warm even when it was chilly outside. For a big hotel their staff is surprisingly very personable as well.
