Vistamojacar Apartments are 1150 ft from the beach, 2.5 miles from the village of Mojacar. They offer free Wi-Fi and free parking, a tennis court and large seasonal outdoor pool.
The Andalusian-style white apartments feature a living room with a fireplace and private balcony. Each has a TV, and some have flat-screen TV. All apartments have a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
Each bright apartment has a dining area, and a kitchen or kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Vistamojacar has a tour desk and there is easy access to the A7 Highway. Marina Golf Club is a 10-minute drive away.

Review 1：Draws in wardrobe had collapsed. Bidet didn't work. Shower didn't work. Glass shelf over bathroom sink was broken. Lamp over sink not working. Outside lights not workin

Review 2：Lots of room. Plenty of outdoor space. Very clean.

Review 3：Very thin walls in rooms 10 to 12 do not stay here if you wish a good nights sleep or privacy for yourselves. Mattress impossible to sleep on , sofa and cushions well past their use by date. TV too small and as usual in all European Countries needs a variety of language channels especially for news.

Review 5：Shoddy apartment, torn curtains, no reception staff during stay, broken fridge parts, sofa had cigarette burns, noise from neighbours,uncomfortable bed.

Review 7：Broken tiles on steps, broken shower, wobbley tap in kitchen, electric hob eroded and when used tripped out the electrics, doors did not fit, no room to use toilet the wash basin was in the way, only aircon downstairs, apartment for 6 but only1 outside chair, dining chair broken, curtains not fitted and hanging off, holey towels and dirty bedcovers. The pool although clean had no seating around and big chunks of concrete missing from the edge of the pool. Sold as Vistamojacar, but in fact it is Miramojacar who deal with all of the apartments. Miramojacar had bad review so we booked Vistamojacar as reviews were good. Will not be going back.

Review 8：Being out of the apartment

Review 9：The apartments have only air conditioning in the living room but not in the rooms (first floor) so it is impossible to sleep during night. The swimming pool is big but has not enough facilities such as umbrellas (only 4) and the floor is concrete and is too warm and dirty to put the towel. We had 6 days but we only stayed 4 due to intense heat at the rooms. If you are visiting Mojacar during summer I will not recommend this place.

Review 10：We had to sleep downstairs on the floor because there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was too hot. The apartment was located on the top of a very steep hill. Walking back from the beach and restaurants was like climbing Mount Everest. It was NOT 150 metres from the beach. The apartment was very shabby and worn. Although we booked for 5, there wasn't 5 of anything in the kitchen! The other apartments were full of party animals who did not go to bed til the early hours.

Review 13：Apartment set quite high at Mojacar Playa so benefited from cool breezes and beautiful views. Facilities very good within apartment.

Review 14：The beds were to hard and noisy. In the end me and my misses, slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Much more comfortable.

Review 16：There was no kettle!!! Had to boil water for teas and coffees in a saucepan. Settee in the lounge was a bit shabby plus we could not find an English channel on the TV but to be fair we were out most of the time. Couple in the next apartment came home around 3:00 am in the morning and made so much noise in the bedroom it woke us up!! Very thin walls!!!

Review 17：Good location with swimming pool close by. Excellent views from the rooftop terrace plus the lower terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs was great for eating outside! Very clean with just about everything we needed for a short stay.

Review 21：Good value for the price we paid. There were four of us in a two bed apartment. We stayed for one night as a mothers day treat. Clean and basic.

Review 22：Interior and furniture tired and worn. Not enough pots and pans to cook a meal, 1 frying pan and 1 huge steel pot?? Very thin partition walls between apartments, could be a problem if you have even slightly loud neighbours. Its at the top of quite a steep hill, if you have any walking difficulties this may not be the place for you.Please see my positive comments but overall for what I needed it was excellent value.

Review 23：11 night stay Feb26th-March9th 2015 Large superior apartment over 2 floors, two bedrooms, one double, one with twin beds. All very clean, ok for what I needed. Kitchen has a washing machine, a microwave and a good big fridge,toaster and Kettle, oven and ceramic hob. Carlos (site manager) and the cleaning lady very helpful and cheerful, beware neither speak any English. Quite good free WIFI was able to stream British TV but there was only me using it on the entire site! but it varies in strength from apartment to apartment. Fabulous views of sea and mountains from the balconies and roof terrace. 10min walk to the beach road and some shops and bars. Good cheap bus service along the beach road. Please see my negative comments but overall for what I needed it was excellent value.

Review 24：Difficult to locate the apartment. Lack of enough cutlery in the kitchen eg only 3 teaspoons and 3 spoons. Lounge a little tired in look and the coffee table rather battered. Need to be given the wifi access code at reception on arrival - we had to go back to get this information.

Review 25：Comfortable beds. Good standard of fitting and maintenance. Large number of balconies. Kitchen good and functional - equipped well with microwave, hob, ample fridge - just needed a little more cutlery.

Review 26：When we booked we specified to book in at 11-12 am and the manager was there to greet us and give us the key, however when we arrived in the apartment it had not been cleaned from previous occupants. We informed the manager who said it would be done within 2 hours which is was and was exceptionally clean and smelt lovely. Also a couple of electric sockets were hanging off the wall, and the water in the washing machine was boiling hot and ruined a few items of our clothing. However overall we love staying here and will return again.

Review 27：We were overall very happy with accomodation, beds very comfortable, settee extremley comfortable, cooking facilities and crockery very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. This is our second visit at this apartment and we would book again. However not in the summer as parking would be a nightmare.

Review 32：Not much really. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything going on next door, but that is not unusual. There was plenty of on-road parking in October but can imagine that it would be more of a problem in the height of the season. Steep climb back up from the beach for the less able bodied.

Review 33：We stayed in the Superior Studio and I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. From the outside it looked a bit jaded but inside had obviously had a mini-makeover. Yes, it was small but it is a studio at the end of the day and excellent value for money for a short stay. Reasonably well equiped for a holiday studio; large, comfortable bed, small sofa and tv, small table and 2 chairs, coffee table, air con (a little noisy) fridge, small hob, kettle, toaster and 2 sets of cutlery and crockery, tea towel, washing up liquid, dish cloth, bun bags. Bathroom had small bath with shower over. Plenty of hot water. Everything was very clean. Table and 2 chairs on small balcony and spiral staircase to large, relatively private roof terrace, but there is no furniture there. Reception had moved and was joint with another complex nearby but very pleasant and efficient.

Review 34：The interior of the property left a lot to be desired. We had no hot water, the cistern upstIrs didn't work and we had to fill it from the shower. The balcony furniture was not the best.

Review 72：The kitchen was so small and the hotplates were not working at all, only one was in use. The place is close to the beach where discos and party can be found. This is the reason why most of the people you can in here is noisy. Not expect to find people reading a book. Check in is at 17:00.

Review 75：The pool was being renovated while we were there and, whilst it wouldprobably have been too cold to have swum at the time of year we stayed,we would have appreciated being told this in advance, rather thandiscovering that this facility was unavailable on arrival.

Review 76：The apartment we stayed in was beyond our expectations. It had fantasticterraces and balconies, with wonderful views of the sea in one directionand a mountain backdrop in the other. It was clean and comfortable withgood facilities in the lounge, bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. The staffwere friendly and helpful on Reception (when it was open) and wereresponsive by phone when we needed to ask something outside of Receptionopening hours.

Review 77：If you have mobility issues and don't rent a car, this is not theplace for you, as the accommodation is on a very steep hill. Check-in5pm, though we got there at midday and our accommodation was ready.Biggest problem is that local Spanish youths have taken over Mojacar asa weekend free-for-all. From Friday-Sunday, don't expect to get anysleep. Is a problem for the entire area, not just VistaMojacar. From thelocal press, it seems that matters are in hand, though, with the localpolice shutting down clubs on the seafront. It is a real problem! Havingstayed in the 1 bed flat and the villa, both lacked any info about theaccommodation, such as where to put rubbish, who to contact in case ofquery, etc.

Review 78：Let us check-in 5 hours before we should. Gave us a free upgrade from a1 bed apartment to a 2 bed villa. Free tennis court. Free swimming pool.Outstanding views. Free wi-fi. Very friendly and accommodating staff,without being intrusive. The 2 bed villas are beautiful, fully equipped,everything you need on holiday. If you do go here and your budget willstretch, go for the villa.

Review 79：The area was further from the beach than advertised.Anyone withdifficulty walking would have found the uphill climb hard.Had I beenthere with a family, it would have been a long way to carry all thebeach/picnic stuff etc each time we went out.The wi fi didnt workvery well,big problem for our teenage daughter!!It is only a smallmatter,but we chose the apartment because it had a connection.

Review 80：The apartment was much bigger than we expected,we were upgraded thoughas it was quiet.It was well equipped for self catering, in fact we feltthe advert didnt do it justice.We found more in there than we expected,toaster/hob/good fridge/utensils plates etc.Lovely balconiesoutside too with table and chairs/sun loungers etc.Heating workedvery well, nice and cosy in the evening watching a very large tv betterthan our own at home!!
