Review 1：coffee should be included in the evening buffet dinner. Vacuum cleaning by staff while getting ready for breakfast.

Review 3：24€ for the meal and no option for vegetarian, this translates to full price for a few side frozen vegetables.. Location is far from the Winterberg action.
Review 4：All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The bar was a perfect place to spend the evening after skiing. Food was well cooked, plentiful and suited all tastes. It was a bonus to be able to ski back to the hotel & with ski hire onsite it made it easy and hassle free. Really couldn't fault it - a great holiday

Review 21：The floor in the bathrooms are build wrong. A lot of water from showering does not flow to were it is supposed to flow. Instead the area in front of the toilet will have half of centimeter water on the floor making it impossible to go to the toilet without using 2 towels to wipe the floor.
