Review 1：Helgoland is a mecca of tranquility. A very beautiful place, a nature resort fully arranged for tourism. The the small town, birds nesting place and a very spectacular dune - It's extraordinary and very impressive. The hotel is a small but very well arranged place, everything in white colors, modern and comfortable. The room had a great bathroom, big screen LCD TV (used it as an extension of a computer screen), even a hidden little refrigerator. The staff is very friendly, offers lots of information about the island (time schedule of the boats, prices), suggests places to use. Unlike any other sea resort towns, this is very quiet - no drunk people, no loud cars (every single one of them in town are electric, and drives just 10-20km/h). From 10pm there's just few people walking around, so you can enjoy the calmness of the place relaxing outdoors. The price is not very cheap, but it's absolutely fair. Helgoland is a place to go, especially for a day drip out of the busy industrial Hamburg. Make sure you pick the right weather and stock some sun cream :)
