Review 1：When we arrived, after the check-in time, there was no-one at the property so we had to phone. The receptionist didn't answer with the hotel name and didn't seem to know that we had a booking so wasn't expecting us. He turned up in 5 minutes and showed us the room. Unfortunately it wasn't until we had unpacked that we realised there was no bath, and the only mirror was in the en-suite. It states on booking.com that all rooms have a bath. I explained this to the receptionist, but he made no comment. There was also no breakfast available. It was clear that we were the only guests staying that night, even though on booking.com it said we had booked the last available room. In conclusion, we were not impressed. Considering that we have booked many times before on booking.com and been pleased with the accommodation, we feel that in this instance we are due a refund, or reduction in the price of our next booking.

Review 3：Beautiful house and gardens, comfortable patio, lovely backyard. Gracious, friendly and helpful owner. Easy walk to the beach, the restaurants and bars - for coffee and food.

Review 10：Sadly, it is described as a Hotel. Beautiful terraces to sit with none of the following available. No food available. No drinks available. No tv in the room. No full length mirror in the room. I small round mirror on the wall which was placed 1.8mtrs up so no one can see in it. No coffee or tea making facilities. The room we were offered was dark with high windows & shutters, although spacious it had a double bed and a single bed in the room and it felt claustrophobic. In fairness these points have to be raised as 80€ for a room with not even access to bottle of water in temperatures of 28 degrees was in my opinion too high. However, I think as this place has only been open since May of this year am hoping they will in the future offer breakfast on the beautiful rear patio in the mornings and drinks and tapas in the evenings as it has the potential of being a stunning place to stay for the future. Such a beautiful place with no ambience as yet... Having said that we shall come back another time but will remember to book a front room and take some drinks with us or at least a kettle.

Review 11：This Hotel is a beautiful private villa in its own grounds with access to a small pool. It was spotlessly clean with free parking outside the door and close to the beach with easy minutes of walking to many restaurants. Sleeping hours were very quiet. The son of the establishment who checked us in was extremely helpful. Beautiful tranquil terrace I the from garden to sit.

Review 12：We did not know Spanish, so it was hard for us to communicate by phone about our late arrival. Be aware of that, as the reception is not open 24/7. It would be great to have a possibility to get a cup of tea even late at night - of course whenever we met someone there was no problem to get it, nevertheless having such possibility in our room would fit to the place.

Review 13：Location, location, location :-) in fact really close to a beautiful beach. Spacious bathroom and air conditioned room. Little terrace just for us. Beautiful finishing of room and other parts of the hotel. Charming hosts. :-)
