Review 1：Cleanliness, no cleaning service during all our stay. Teenagers throwing rubbish through the balcony.

Review 2：Quiet hotel at the end of Mojacar beach. Very good for families. My children enjoyed a lot the Miniclub and swimming pools

Review 3：The noises that come from the terraces of the rest of the apartments all the night. This hotel only is recomendable for young groups of people looking for party all the day. The apartments needs new furniture and walls need to be painted.

Review 18：Unfriendly reception, first RM we were put it smelt mouldy, horrible breakfast, had the feel of a nursing home, a lot of facilities didn't work(ATM machine, toilets, internet computers, washing machine).

Review 19：The whole place needs a refurbishment. The common parts still look fine, cool and airey, but the pool sunbeds are shabby and worn, the rooms could do with a coat of paint, and we had to chase the staff for an extra chair for the balcony (only one provided), coffee/tea cups, and some kitchen utensils. To be fair they were quickly provided.

Review 20：At around £36 per night for a three room appartment (room only basis) for 2 people, this is incredibley cheap. The rooms are large and full of light, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and sea. The beds are comfortable and the rooms kept very clean with a maid service every day. The bathroom is a good size. The swimming pools are large and very clean. It is near to the beach and a short walk to the start of the bars and restaurants of the playa. There is a cafe/bar (independant of the hotel) right opposite the hotel which is very convenient for a drink or snack. We have now stayed there several times so we know what we are getting for our money.

Review 23：Hotel looked a bit dated,paint pealing in apartment,toilet seat broken,both locks on patio sliding doors of the bedroom and lounge were broken and did not lock,so anyone could hop over the balcony's and gain access.Kitchen utensils and crockery was non existent,one knife one spoon,one glass,two odd cups and so on,not good.

Review 26：The Second time I stayed in this Hotel. Another Flash deal. This timewith my husband and child 6 years old. They loved it as well. Watchedthe football ek semi finals and even thought there were some groups withyoung football fans there noise wasn´t a problem if you closed the bigglass slide doors. The beds are little bit on the firm side but had agood night sleep. I would recomend this place to people who like afamily friendly not to busy place.
