Review 1：We were told that we can order some food in the room, but we need to go to the restaurant and order it there and then collect...only thing that it is only pizza you can order like that, not any meals from day menu or la carta.

Review 2：This place is wonderful-perfect location if you're visiting National Park! Loved that you can stay with your pet without any problems (pets are additionally charged-9 Euros)! Good breakfast, helpful stuff and nice clean rooms!

Review 3：Wifi in the room didn't work as well as some of the facilities in the room. We reported on the problems we experienced but they were not solved during our stay.

Review 12：The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast was quite mediocre, and the food was replenished very slowly or was not replenshied at all.

Review 13：The hotel is located near one of the entrances to the Aiguestortes National Park. The jeep station to the park is about 100 meters from the hotel. The room and the facilities were very clean and recently renovated.We had a balcony with a nice view of the hills around. We could see and hear the stream running in front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful. The private parking just across the street was very convenient.The hotel also has a restaurant, where we had dinner one night. We had better meals in other hotel restaurant in Spain and did not return there for our second dinner in Espot.

Review 14：Although the hotel was lovely there was no heating throughout. Recent snow had made the area very cold and we had to put coats over our beds on the first night. Request for some heating was ignored. Breakfast very average

Review 17：Right at the entrance of the national park. Friendly staff patiently helped us choose hiking routes at our skill level. They also pointed us toward a beautiful scenic drive and horseback riding in a nearby village. Plus they have two friendly dogs on the property!

Review 18：The ski resort is abt few minutes drive up e slop so if u do not ve own transport, can b quite a walk up to the ski spot. Ski slop can be challenging for new or dormant skiers.

Review 24：The hotel was nice and comfortable. Decor expected for the mountain super cute room. Allows dogs and was weary about the cleanliness of that though I took my tiny dog but it was very clean as any other hotel. Loved this dog friendliness and cleanliness.

Review 25：The bathroom cleaning!!! After taking out the toilet tape (that notify you about sterilization that made) I was disgusted to see stool that was glued to the inside of the toilet and not been cleaned. It seems that the cleaning staff just flush the water and rearrange the tape. Lucky us for staying there only one night. Not proper even to 1 star hotel.

Review 27：Wifi was only accessible in the lobby area, there are some couches and tables there, but it would have been nice to be able to use it at the restaurant & of course even better in rooms. Mattress quality was pretty good but not excellent, may benefit from a topper. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of cold cuts, but not well restocked on popular items (eggs, watermelon & hot milk ran out before scheduled end time on both days).

Review 28：Family friendly, quiet, clean, good value for the price. View from our room was picturesque. Location in town is very good, easy walk to 4WD taxi for National Park. There is a free public swimming pool just down the street (which we didn't use, but looked nice). Free wifi. Reception staff was friendly. Room has a safe. Overall an elegant & welcoming establishment.

Review 29：Hotel restaurant for dinner (separate) was not up to standard of others in resort but several others very close to the Hotel. This did not bother us as we booked bed and breakfast

Review 30：The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly staff, clean rooms with good size balconies. Good buffet breakfast and a spacious lounge area. Added benefit of a garden area to sit outside.

Review 31：It was an unusually cold evening for the time of year and a bit of heating would have made things more comfortable. Two big Japanese groups staying the same night which spoiled things a bit and they rather took over the hotel.

Staff was outstanding and ready to help with any special request or necessity, plus they were muy simpáticos and let me practice speaking Spanish with them. Breakfast was great. Lobby area for relaxing, reading, using your computer feels cozy and so comfortable.

Review 35：The hotel was very convenient to national park and to the Land Rover taxis to the park. It has a lovely garden in which the guests can sit. The staff was very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful, particularly with driving directions and suggestions. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was ample and varied. The attached restaurant serves well-prepared tasty regional dishes.

Review 69：We arrived soaking wet in the rain from a hike, there was no solution for drying our gear, it was cold but even so the heating was off and there was no option to control the temperature in the hotel. The tap was broken, the wifi is only an option in the loby and not in the rooms!! We were very disappointed to find a 3 star hotel with such bad facilities- it really wasn't worth our money. The staff has poor English!

Review 70：Our room (family room) was in attic floor. It consisted of 2 separate rooms. One of the rooms had small windows and no balcony, second had only 2 small roof windows. One of the rooms had sloping ceilings, because it was in the corner of the house. Children several times bumped their heads. Rooms had wooden ceilings with big gaps. All the time you can hear the wind blowing and river roaring. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Water in the bath did not flow away. Small and old TV (not flat-screen), safe did not work. Wifi worked only in the lobby.

Review 75：The beds were a bit hard, but that seems to be the norm in Spain. The Internet connection only worked in the lobby, but at least it was reliable and reasonably fast. There was no refrigerator in the room.

Review 76：Perfect location, a few steps from the taxis to the national park. Definitely the nicest hotel in Espot in terms of how it is situated, with a well-kept garden in front of the entrance. Nice breakfast and relaxing atmosphere (at least in early September, after the high season). Helpful and attentive staff. Good picnic packages available, for lunch during mountain hiking. While the WiFi did not work in the room, there was good 3G coverage, if you buy a local prepaid SIM card in a larger town. There is a restaurant in the same building that serves well-cooked local dishes. There are stores for water and other supplies nearby. The safe in the room was by a good margin large enough for a 13-inch laptop.

Review 77：The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable but the pillows were awful. They are thin and have some horrible filling. Even 2 pillows don't make up for 1 decent pillow. No remote for TV or mini-bar. Toilet had a few stains on the upper part of the bowl.
