Review 1：Staff was not super friendly or helpful. The shuttle was very confusing to go to Ishgl. The restaurant in the hotel was not open but it was not indicated as only open during high season on the website.

Review 2：The balcony was amazing! Good breakfast. Beautiful room. And the pizza restaurant was good but took a long time for our food.

Review 3：The house is right next to the main street - during the summer it might not be possible to sleep with open windows.

We had a comfortable and spacious room with an excellent bathroom. Lift for Kappl and the skibus stop to Ischgl just a few steps away.

Review 14：Kappl is a pretty resort & the hotel is in a great position.There is good family skiing to be had.Shame it is 8KMs from Iscghl though!

Review 15：Very friendly and obliging staff, with an ethos to create a really great family atmosphere;but also where adults could relax & party in a more restrained way. Even though we were not visiting as a family we appreciated the efforts made by management & staff to achieve this.We would certainly recommend this hotel as a friendly venue with good food.

Review 16：Excellent food, good service, small but well chosen and reasonably priced wine list, Well equipped wellness suite with turkish bath, Hot and Very hot sauna and infrared. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Ski hire, lift for kappl (small area but some good runs and fewer crowds than Ischgl) and the skibus stop to Ischgl all on the doorstep.

Review 17：- When we came back after skiing no possibility to taking a hot shower! Although in the morning and later in the evening it was no problem.
