Reviews for Camping Bon Repós

Review 1:It was very hot this week and the bungalows are all pine and no aircon. Would recommend that they look into the introduction of aircon or better fans but still didn't matter to us that much as it was just so wonderful!

Review 2:Amazing place, people, location. I could go on and on. After looking for weeks and weeks to find a holiday for my family we decided on Bon Repos. We staying in the duplex bungalow as my kids wouldn't share a bed so this was perfect. We opened our door and could see the beach just wonderful! The entertainment could use a little revamp but it was for the kids and they loved it! Over all fantastic!!! Will definitely be coming back!

Review 3:The only real downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bungalows in the hot summer times.

Review 4:I loved the vibe, it's family friendliness, it's many services and amenities and the location.

Review 5:dirty, too many people living on each other in the camping, no air con - not suitable for a family with young kids, we had a bungalow and it was not worth the price

Review 6:Good location, facilities

Review 7:coming home, wish the holiday didn’t have to end ,

Review 8:great accommodation, fab pool, must try the restaurant, and very near the beach, shops and entertainment.

Review 9:French motorists made a lot of noise from early morning to late evening. Opening times of supermarket weren't regular and changed almost daily.

Review 10:We got hut in the first ones next to the beach before line of campers. Situation is good and only five minutes walk and you are on the main street where are restaurants, shops and clubs.

Review 11:wooden bungalows walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything what's going on outside - we had a group of students leaving in our neighborhood and it was a bit noisy but up to reasonable hours.

Review 12:very close proximity to the beach (you basically live at the beach ;-) ), bungalows are very spacious and clean. Wifi access is free and it's working everywhere in the resort. You could park your car next to your bungalow which was a big plus.

Review 13:hoards on teenagers on chaperoned holidays meant it was quite noisey during our stay (mid august). they al stayed in tents at the end of the campsite the bar-restaurant is loud; it closes at 12 so its around 1am by the time the site has quietened down, unless you're unlucky to have noisy neighbours and then could be lots later. the security do scooter around checking up on noise

Review 14:no road between campsite and the beach, so hit the beach with ease. pretty good beach as well, although the water gets deep very quickly so non-swimmers be aware, potentially not suitable nice friendly atmosphere on site good supermarket on site good bar-restaurant on site with nightly entertainment-Friday night flamenco the highlight! good large pool

Review 15:- a bit noisy at night, but everything was quite after midnight -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Review 16:- bungallow - very comfortable, well equipped, no A/C but we did not need it even in August - very well maintained facilities - grocery store with all you need for reasonable prices - facilities for small and also older kids - high level of security - proximity to train station - you can make a day trip to Barcelona

Review 17:Quite long way to beautiful Costa Brava hills.

Review 18:Next to beach and view to the sea. Supermarkets in Santa Susanna. Costa Brava area is very beautiful in general.

Review 19:Music by pool is very very loud allday, it is the same music everyday/allday! Entertainmenet in evenings is very very loud and poor quality, do not stay too close to pool area!!

Review 20:Nice spot right on the beach. 3minute walk to train station. Restaurant is good on site, shop is good on site.

Review 21:todo en general

Review 22:Beds not comfortable in bungalows

Review 23:Lovely camping site. Staff very friendly Excellent pool

Review 24:Location great for the beach

Review 25:Nice camping close to the beach and pool and train station.

Review 26:chairs culd be more comfortable.

Review 27:friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful.situated in a lovely area.quite at night, and very good security.

Review 28:These are just comments and not criticisms. Its a bit of a pain thatyou have to go and get your own linen and towels and pay if you wantextra towels. Most people using this site have cars and havn'ttravelled Ryanair where you can bring nothing extra, so it would benice if a bbq was available for the likes of us and a few campingchairs as theres only wooden benches which you cant relax on. The seais lovely but quite deep and rough here so I wouldn't take an eyeoff my little boy for a second or let his use an inflatable in the seaalthough everyone else was.

Review 29:We loved the location, our little wooden hut was practically on thebeach and a few mins walk from the pool and restaurant and shop. Thestaff in the shop were very helpful and friendly. The entertainment guyswere great fun and really genuinely nice to the children and us adultswith the aqua dance in the mornings being great fun. The meals in therestaurant onsite are good value for money and the actual chalets verycomfortable with high ceilings and shutters making it very airy andbright. It was very clean and a nice place to be in. Its the first placewe all agree we will return to, so well done Bon Repos !!!

Review 30:My handbag was stolen from our bungalow and when I reported it toreception they were most unhelpful, basically they said it was my fault.I was told to go to the police and given poor directions. We did not enjoy the very loud dance music by the pool in the late afternoon. Sometimes the boys around the pool got a bit frenzied at this time as well and I had to call the lifeguard once when they were jumping on the small children in the baby pool and throwing beer that they nicked off tables. I also, I could not see any smoke alarm in our bungalow.

Review 31:The location was beautiful. Our boy loved the pools and we loved beingso close to the beach. It did feel generally safe and the restaurant/bar staff were very friendly. Our boy enjoyed the mini disco at night.

Review 32:Would prefer more active animators for children. Too much Dutch songs in the bar at night. Missing separated parking place. You live just in parking - despite of having no car, we were surrounded by cars from 4 sides.

Review 33:Very close to beach, no road between sea and camping. Very close to train station where you can go to Blanes (to eat the greatest Paella) or to Barcelona. Cabin is clean and well designed by wood. Enough equipped. Santa Susanna is quiet and peaceful.

Review 34:beach is nice for dogs but not for young children (sticks mixed with fine stones, very narrow, no gentle slope, the sea becomes deep very sharp)

Review 35:clean bungalow

Review 36:nothing

Review 37:Very safe, 2 minutes from beach, 5 minutes to strip, very good for family's, very good value.

Review 38:the beds

Review 39:the camp-site was very clean.

Review 40:No English t.v even in the bar

Review 41:Nr the train for Barcelona . Handy for the shops ,bars ,restaurants , On the beach

Review 42:Bungalow right on the beach. Great pool. Facilities all worked OK.
