Review 1：- the food served for dinner is not good and even cold - long delay when we left - none of the 2 credit cards presented were working (but working the day before and just after that experience in a shop nearby...), the only explanation that the receptionist suggested was that we had no more credit..(wrong assumption) - we suggested to pay by online bank transfer - the IBAN given to us was not accepted by the bank and indicated as wrong but the staff at the reception insisted in confirming that it was the right IBAN and that there might be something wrong with our bank.....until we realised that she had given us an IBAN where a 8 had been replaced by a 3 - all in one we lost 40 min to do the check out.

Review 3：Only booked the hotel for the location and spa attached however most 4star hotels have a pool, jacuzzi and sauna included in price, I would expect to pay more for a treatment, however €20 each for a swim is ridiculous and we were very disappointed, and will not return.

Review 4：The location, food, and staff were mostly good and friendly

Review 5：- It was a disappointment because the SPA was not open. They had excuses that is in maintenance for that day. Probably because there were a few customers at that time. We chose that hotel especially for SPA facilities but no luck. - In the bathroom it was a smell unbearable from the beginning. No vents for smell or steam. - Some room doors were broken and repaired very bad. The general filling is the hotel need some restyling.

Review 6：- Fireplace in the center of the terrace. Is nice to stay late to drink something next to the fire. - Breakfast (buffet) was very good. - The view from room was very nice.

Review 7：It took over an hour to check in as they did not have a room ready for us as the booking was not received. No bath towels in room and understaffed throughout the hotel.

Review 8：Wifi was not working, and the staff seemed unwilling to call a technician until a technician to investigate. Only worked the second day of our stay, and poorly. We requested a double bed in our reservation, and then the person at the reception said that it was not in our reservation and told us rudely that they would therefore not give us a room with double bed. We inquired about a one hour extension to the check out time and were told that we would be charged 30 euros extra if we did not leave the room at 12pm. Overall impression of the staff (except the cleaning and spa) was very negative (unhelpful and unpleasant). The lounge was area was not heated properly. This hotel needs better management to deserve 4 stars.

Review 10：The walls between the rooms were quite thin. The bathrooms had an unfortunate sewer smell.

Review 11：The staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly in the dining areas. The shuttle service to/from Sextas skiing was very convenient. The view from the hotel (room, dining area, cafe area, library) was amazing!

Review 14：Whilst travelling through Spain, booked this hotel for it's location in the Pyrenees. It is a ski resort although we were visiting in September so resort extremely quiet. The hotel was very nice with the first floor rooms having a large private sun terrace. Breakfast was excellent with a very varied choice. Paid only €60 for b&b double room. Decided to stay a second night but the rate was substantially more at €104, it became apparent that this was due to the hotel becoming very busy due to a BMW biker rally.

Review 15：The dinner is very poor, especially for its price (25 €) . Surprising for such an hotel .
