Review 1：Downside, I had to go to a neighbouring hotel for breakfast and evening meal, as there are 3 hotels in close proximity, I believe of the same ownership, which consolidate in off-season period.

Review 2：The staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a good location to where I needed to be. Although late in the year (November), the hotel and rooms were kept to a high standard.

Review 3：Despite this being our 3rd visit. We did not get the rooms we requested. Although we informed the receptionist on arrival that we would not require breakfast on the last morning, we were still charged for it.

Review 4：The location is excellent. There are plenty of comfortable areas to relax with friends.

Review 5：The hotel is in a super position on the sea front near to shops and bars and, although not a modern building, it is full of character and a comfortable place to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly, the accommodation and facilities are on a par with many 4 star hotels and, in the elegant restaurant, the selection of dishes at both breakfast and dinner is suitable for any tastes. The beautifully kept gardens with the many small pools and waterfalls are an absolute delight. We would certainly come here again

Review 7：Friendly staff were so helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. The room was excellent with a lovely balcony, effective aircon and hot shower.

Review 10：We have stayed many times at Puntazo always enjoyed our stay this time though we thought the food was not quite as good as usual but did not spoil our stay.

Review 11：We had a double suite with large terrace. Bathroom with bath and bide. They did a good cleaning every day. We had 3 times dinner in the hotel restaurant, which is great buffet dinner for only Eur 12 pp. The beach is 5 minutes walk - we used AKU AKU pub beach - has sunbeds for Eur 8 for a day and has a bar and a great food.

Review 13：We came for my husbands 65th Birthday and I asked fir the price if cava and nibbles. On arrival cava and a platter of fruit arrived compliments if the hotel. Very thoughtful and appreciated. Excellent breakfast with helpful staff.

Review 14：The buffet breakfast and dinner very disappointing. Even at start of service food was at best tepid but normally cold which for sausage bacon and egg etc..... pork, chicken, vegetables etc is certainly not good.

Review 18：Not enough sunbeds at pool. Wardrobe space was beyond shocking for a family of four with only one small wardrobe and no storage space (children had to live out of suitcases). Considering we paid for a Junior Suite this is very poor by comparison to other places we have stayed in. Beds in rooms very uncomfortable.

They were very respectable towards us but it was very noisy at times. Would prefer a hotel they did not book large groups of men/women on hen/stag dos etc. Rooms could be a little updated

Also having stayed 14 nights this trip I still had to pay full daily rate to use the room up to 4 PM on check out day. Hotel was practically empty !! . Review 26：My car was damaged while parked on the hotel's premises and although supposed to be protected by security cameras, they refused to acknowledge it and refused to reimburse me for the cost of repair. I wont be back and advise others to do the same.

Review 36：We were welcomed with the news that we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite, great! The Suite was very large with a mini fridge and microwave. The terrace was huge and quiet. I think the only downside was the bed was too hard but my husband found it okay. In all a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff and we would certainly return to this hotel.

Review 38：Our third visit to El Puntazo ~ a relaxed and well organised hotel. It was very quiet and peaceful during our stay in September. Our room, the restaurant, bar and pool area all of high standard and extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The terrace area outside the lounge/bar has a nice atmosphere especially during the evening. Excellent value for money ~ highly recommended.

Review 39：No wifi! Staff knocking the door and entering the room despite the Do Not Disturb tag left on doors-Unacceptable. First aid box in the reception totally empty.

Review 44：Stayed in the property whilst some friends were next door in the sister hotel Punta Cantal, we were all able to use the facilities of both hotels and the new beach bar across the road. All areas of the hotel were kept clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Can't really fault the hotel at all.

Our safe didn't work so they fitted a new one in about an hour. The cleaners were very good, fresh towels and the bed made regularly.

Review 111：A minor point but we found the tables in the restaurant too low for the tables. It would be an expensive layout, but it would be nice to have a decent tv in the rooms. The TVs are ancient, and we could only get one channel; BBC World News, and reception wasn't always good. Satellite tv would be a big bonus for the traveller. Having said that, I wouldn't imagine many folk would be interested in tv in the summer months. Winter is a different matter.

Review 112：The hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff are friendly, helpful, and appear to delight in seeing you enjoy yourself. A special mention goes to Abadu! A total gentleman.The room was pleasant and the bathroom spacious. The gardens outside are very attractive and we found the pool tempting but as it was still April, we declined! The food was excellent with plenty of choices and lots of fresh produce.

Review 113：Was called to reception because they thought we were having breakfastbut hadn't paid for it. Good job we had our receipt. Was theirmistake when checking us in. Did not get an apology and it was a littleupsetting particularly as it was my 70th birthday and I was recoveringfrom an operation.
