Reviews for Miramar

Review 1:The air conditioner made a lot of noise and did not have a remote controller so we had to stand on a stool to switch it on.

Review 2:Location was good and the lady at the reception was exceptional good…she was warm n friendly n very helpful.

Review 3:Front room with balcony was a bit noisy because of street life so swapped to a quiet back room which suited us better.

Review 4:Sylvie in front desk was superb. Very helpful at every opportunity.Spotless hotel.

Review 5:Bathroom towels were very "scratchy" my friend and I bought soft towels! Access to a cool drink on the terraces would be good

Review 6:Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, much better than a buffet!

Review 7:The staff were very good to us, we can recommend the cafe for food, Juan & Manuel good not do enough for us as I am elegiac to a lot of things. Steve and Val

Review 8:Honestly, we would have travelled all the way to Lanjarón just for the experience of meeting Silvia, the hotel manager. She was an absolute delight to interact with every day, full of knowledge about the local and surrounding area, and in general the most beautiful type of person you could hope to meet! She really made our stay exceptional. The hotel location is excellent, convenient to the bus stop and on the main street of Lanjarón. The rooms are generously sized and the entire establishment has an air of dignified, if slightly faded, grandeur. Local buses make travelling to the hill towns of Capileira, Bubion and Pampaneira an easy journey. A wonderful stay!

Review 9:In the 70´s the hotel would have been great. It hsn´t been updated since. Also the electrics weren´t updated in the bedroom which was ridiculous. There were old 3 styple pin plugs and adaptors. We had to use the plug in the bathroom to recharge out mobile. The breakfast was full of cakes and pastries and churros. Ideal if you don´t want to eat healthy food. I would not wish to stay here again as it is just too tired and shabby.

Review 16:Central location, character of the building, extremely spacious and represented great value for money. Sylvia on the front desk was extremely charming and helpful and seemed to be available whenever I needed advice. Cleanliness of both the hotel in general and the room in particular was faultless. All staff extremely helpful throughout our stay.
