Review 1：Not the most comfortable of beds (mattress), but OK for a week.

Review 2：Total cleanliness of the area around the apartments. Free parking Quiet at night. Excellent hot water for showers. Good value buffet meals which inc. wine. (Less so breakfasts) Proximity to small clean, sandy beach WiFi available in upstairs rooms!

Review 9：A waste of money. No air conditioning. This small detail will turn your vacations into a truly hell. Rooms are crazy hot during the night and you will be unable to sleep. Staff will provide you fans to minimize your unsatisfaction. Think twice before spend your money. I'm sure you'll find better places for the same price

Review 12：Thought the description of these apartments was misleading. We didn't have a view, no hair dryer. We have stayed in similar standard places in menorca at half the price of these apartments we wouldn't go back there.

Review 14：The closest beach is not great but that wasn't a problem as we had a car. The rubbish could be changed daily instead of every couple of days.

Review 15：The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Quiet. No loud entertainment like in many other places in Menorca. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Review 16：Bedrooms not air conditioned so hard to sleep comfortably even with fans in the rooms. When temperatures are over 25 during the night, you need AC.

Review 17：Spent 9 glorious nights at the CDP, from 4 -13 Sept with my wife and brother in law. And agree with most reviewers comments. Staff – excellent, very helpful and friendly especially Sergei at Reception, he is always happy and helpful. Location – great, 2 mins to beach, 15 mins to Cala Blanca and 5 mins taxi to Ciutadella Facilities – nice pool and plenty of sunbeds available, only busy from 2pm onwards, family friendly but also suitable for couple, bar and reception area very clean and spacious. We did not eat in the Restaurant as ate out most nights or brought food in. Apartment – not massively spacious but adequate, clean but could benefit Air Con in bedrooms and bigger bathrooms. We were in the top floor and towards the rear of the resort which suited us fine as it got the light all day. The hotel is like a little village and very cosy, the grounds are immaculate and after midnight, it is very quiet, so ideal for those who want a peaceful relaxing holiday. We went slightly off season most the kids had gone back to school, so it was generally families with toddlers or under 4’s. The resort was 90% full I believe. as soon as one apartment checked out, another group checked in. We were lucky as the guests when we were there, were all friendly and got along. The kids were all well behaved and we did not see too many tantrums (apart from Ramon the barman one night when he wanted to go home early and couldn’t because guests kept on drinking and he had to keep on serving ;-0 ). All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would go back if we stayed in the same area, if they installed AC in the rooms, then it would be perfect. Keep up the good work Cales De Ponent team and thank you for looking after us well.

Review 18：Can't say there was anything we didn't like. Wifi was a bit poor but that isn't likely their issue.

Review 19：Very friendly family feeling. The people at the hotel are what makes it. The staff are very attentive and helpful, remember who you are and always willing to talk and help. Reception always manned, bar and restaurant staff so hard working. Gardens tidy and maintained daily. Food excellent.

Review 20：If not renting a car to get around the Island you must first take the bus to ciutadella to reach the main bus station.
