Review 1：We asked to keep the room on for a few hours (19th December). The reception staff would only say that the hotel was full. This clearly wasn't the case. After a great week, we left with a bit of a bad taste and will now return to Los Cardones in the future.

Review 2：Very well run hotel. Cleaners where excellent. Love the pool area and the location is very convenient.

Review 3：We had an apartment at the last floor with view on the main street and there was a lot of unbearable noise. There was little difference if you kept all windows closed or if you staid in the balcony. The buffet from breakfast and dinner was acceptable but you didn't have to much to chose from, we found better buffets at other hotels a few days before. The fridge had a lot of rust outside.

Review 4：Clean, nice staff, good location but ... (see the cons). If you are lucky to don't have the view in the street and don't expect much from the buffet it is a good deal for the money.

Review 5：this is apartment with kitchen but there isn`t any kettle, oven - rent for extra fee. Cleaning lady twice ignored the sign on door not to clean,came in without knocking. Last day even took out the food from fridge while we were having breakfast, eyecream and chocolate was put into garbage bag!

Review 12：1. Few of the receptionist workers were extremely rude and did not listen, did not understand the questions that were asked and were annoyed by your presence. They have inadequate knowledge about the excursions that are sold in their hotel and could not advise the first comers about the price and directions. Were always rushing to send you away and never greet when you walk in or even when you say HI in the morning. They are rolling eyes and smirking at you. If you try talking to them, they would start raising their voice and saying that they are busy. 2. Even after cleaning, the floor in the room was dirty, if you would walk bare foot or simply step out from the shower, your feet will turn dirty black within seconds. 3. The hairdryer smells like gas and there was some smoke coming out of it. 4. You could hear what other visitors are talking about in their hotel rooms beside and above you. 5. The dishes were left dirty for 3 days, and the staff could not provide the washing liquid so that we can clean it ourselves.

Review 13：The bus stop and the beach with shopping and restaurant facilities were all beside. Everything was close by and location is superb.

Review 14：Our room faced out onto the main road which was very noisy even in the evening which was a real shame so make sure you ask for a pool view room. Some of the men bar/waiting staff were very grumpy at times which didnt really give you any encouragement to drink/order food at the poolside bar, shame because the ladies who served at the pool bar were really lovely, very smiley and helpful as were the Reception staff. Not that it really bothered us as we didnt really use the telly in the room very often but reception told us there were 6 English channels on TV but these never worked - only channel you could get on occasions was BB2!

Review 27：A little dissapointed with the evening buffet, although we were half board it would have been nice if a kettle was included in the apartment without having to hire one and quite surprised at having to pay for a mattress for the beds around the pool even though they were only 1 euro each.

Review 31：The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was well cooked with plenty of choice. The location of the hotel is very good to for the beaches and the main strip. Remember to pack a kettle but you can hire one from reception if you forget.

View from the balcony -Stunning. Beds are comfortable. Having a kitchen was very pleased. The hotel is amazing, did not want to leave. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious. Wonderful hotel. In late October, it again will return to it in the same number. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel for a warm welcome!

Review 33：Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. For the half board you get the breakfast which although is the same every day, but you still get a wide range of food to choose from. For the dinner, every day there was something new to eat. The quality and taste of the food was ok. I would reccomend this place to stay.

Every other hotel I have stayed in has had a kettle toaster oven & iron. Wifi could only be used in reception & when paid for you can only use 1 phone at a time in the room. Breakfast was not good.

Review 40：We travelled to hotel andorra for 10 days. Got pool view which was great. Clean towels when we wanted and beds made. We opted for half board which had a good variety. We had breakfast nearly every morning however there is not much atmosphere at dinner time in the hotel so we only ate there a couple of times! There were always loads of sun loungers and umbrellas available and the bar has happy hour during the day. you can book trips if you want during the day at reception. Located between los cristianos and playa de las americas.free cold large bottle of water on arrival.

Review 56：we arrived at the hotel at 13-40, we were told our room would be ready in 10 minutes, we waited for an hour. this is due to the check in &out times are 12 noon. it doesn't work and causes frustrations needs to be looked at. otherwise a great stay.

If you have not a choice, because your travelagensy send you in this hotel, please ask room with windows to the poolside only, because rooms with street view s are terrible noisy, really.Be ready to eat for breakfast only eggs ( boiled, fried) and bacon,during all your stay, and be ready to drink instant coffee. Be ready tosee rooms equipment and funiture from 1980, never had been repairedsince 1980... Be ready to buy Wi-Fi, to buy a safe, to buy anything youneed in kitchen. Be ready, that staff will ignore your problems.
