Review 1：Nothing to complain about as far as hotel goes but beach opposite was not nice sand, more like a building site!

Review 2：Not clear when you book that there is a 1* part (cheaper and only open for summer) and a 3* part. We were upgraded to 3* part as it is now out of season. Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, nice rooms, all newly decorated and very calm colours. Very lovely well maintained gardens.

Review 3：There is quite a difference between the 1 star and 3 star rooms. We inadvertently booked a 1 star room but as this was quite small and overlooked road, we asked to move to 3 star when we have usually stayed and paid the extra money. This is not always clear when making booking.

Review 4：Our fourth stay at this hotel. Very friendly relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and well maintained. The 3 star rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool area is very pleasant and very quiet when we stayed mid - late September. Albatross beach bar opposite hotel is good for lunch and hotel guests get 10% discount. 15 minute walk to Playa Blanca area with more restaurants, nice views.

Review 15：I went there with my boyfriend (both in our mid 20s) for 1 week at the end of July. I loved it, the room had sea views, comfy bed, air con very clean and tidy. The cleaners came everyday and they were very polite and helpful. We had a little balcony that viewed the beach which was great! Although town can be loud on weekends there are 2 sets of doors from the corridor and 2 from the balcony cancelling any potential noise, so it wa perfect. The staff at the hotel were lovely and polite and the food was great! The pool was never too busy and it was very well kept. Definitely going back! Mojacar is also incredibly beautiful so I recommend it 100%

Review 48：I booked the hotel my self via internet. I thought that I had booked themain 3 star hotel Puntazo 3. I feel that it is not made clear that thereare 2 hotels on one site of different standards. A namechange/addition should be considered. My comments on the room wouldbe size. My bed was much to close to the wall (12" at most), noroom for chairs in the room. It really should be a good single.

Review 49：Family run friendly hotel. We have stayed before. The pool is alwayssuper clean and a nice size. We stayed in Puntazo 1. a small doubleroom. The bath rooms have been updated since our last visit - wow what awater pressure in the shower. Excellent access to cafes and restauranton foot. No sea view or balcony but we did not ask for one so...... Verygood air con in bedroom, clean towels every day. All in all a basic roombut in a handy location.
