Review 1：The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly so that one felt as if being an old friend, just coming back for another visit. If in the future, we were heading into this neck of woods again, there is absolutely no question, where we would like to stay, again.
Review 2：Hot hot hot. Provided a fan upod request but room was stifling hot. Of course so was the weather outside!

Review 5：We were very warmly welcomed. The room had a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and there was some nice fruit on the table. The shower was great and the beds comfortable.

Review 8：Unfortunately, the windowsill had a protrusion at the head end of the bed which I hit myself on a couple of times. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Review 9：We were greeted by a very warm and friendly owner who provided lots of information about the area. In a good location close to shops, bars and restaurants and the bus to Basel was a short distance away. The room was equipped with a vast supply of complimentary toiletries, bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities. A bowl full of fresh fruit was also supplied at no extra cost. Wifi was excellent. Highly recommended- would give it 20 out of 10 if I could!
Review 10：The hostess, Sabine....a very friendly & helpful welcome. Good location close to shops, bars & restaurants & bus links in to Basel. The property was equipped with an unusually vast supply of complimentary toiletries & various teas & coffees as well as a bowl full of fresh fruit, all in all adding to the homely relaxed feel of the guesthouse.

Although a basic room, it had the little extras like refrigerator, bottled water, coffee machine, kettle etc. the bowl of fruit was a welcome touch as well. The room was clean and comfortable, the host was very helpful and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Strong wifi and free parking. Would recommend.

We needed an extra bed for my daughter at the last minute and the host took the trouble to sort it out and fitted an extra bed into our room at short notice. The room contains everything one might need for a short stay: an electric kettle, German coffee machine, coffees, a variety of teas, milk, glasses cork screw.... Great!!!
Review 38：Best value for the money given it's position on the Swiss border (where for less than this small hotel has to offer they charge you three times more). The host is very kind, the room ok with fruits and tea and coffee, fridge...everything. Do not expect luxury for this price! It's just nice and cosy.

Review 40：I stopped being in transit through this town, and I spent 1 night at the hostel where we were greeted by a welcoming host, a clean, quiet, equipped with everything you want, located in a place accessible to go into town or go on the road to another destination. I recommend it to all who are in transit accommodation or want to relax
Review 41：Well situated next to motorway which suited us as as we were only looking for an overnight stopping off point. Excellent facilities for a budget room including tea & coffee in the room as well as some fresh fruit. There are a number of bars and restaurants situated within walking distance.
Review 42：The doors were not soundproof at all, but all my neighbors were absolutely silent so I was no problem for me. I can imagine that it could get pretty bad though if you have someone noisy though.

Review 57：The room was nice and well furnished. In the cupboards, there were some cups, glasses, dishes and some useful accessories to make coffee, tea or store some food. There was also a fridge. There were plenty of towels. Everything was clean and nicely prepared. We reached the owner by e-mail and sms and she was really nice and friendly. The pension is very well located, 15 minutes from Basel city center with the car. There are also shops around. It is an excellent choice ! We will definitely come back to this pension when we come back to Basel. We highly recommend the place !
