Review 1：The room was quite sparsely furnished and the buffet evening meal had a very limited selection.

Review 2：The hotel/ room was clean and tidy and the staff were welcoming and very friendly. Lots of parking and easy location to find.

Review 3：No breakfast at 9.30 - stated until 10.00 no coffee orange juice or service. Reception then requested an additional 400kr on checkout stating my confirmed booking was'single use' for a family room and I had to pay more, I showed my confirmed booking & price then this was deducted...what a joke

Review 5：The room we stayed in (Room 240 ) was very hot , the heater in the bathroom was constantly on and we couldn't shut it. The hot tub in the swimming area was not functioning considering this is the high season effort should have been made to get it fixed. The breakfast was very average. We stayed for 3 nights but had breakfast only once as it was not worth it. Rooms were not very clean as there was quite a bit of dust behind the beds.

Review 6：The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous. Good recreation facilities like table tennis, pool table, swimming pool, Spa as well as a well equipped Gym.

Review 7：The exterior and rooms need an upgrade to make this hotel a memorable experience. Front-end staff were keen but inexperienced and the hotel had no useful information on Grenaa where the hotel is located.

Review 8：We enjoyed the location and breakfast buffet but the hotel seems to be under new management. Close to the ferry service and a lovely sea-side park for a quiet walk. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

Sleeping - excellent night's sleep. Very quiet location and dark room.

Review 23：This hotel has an indoor swimmingpool - not in a seperat building but close to the hotel rooms. This gives the hotel a peculiar smell of damp and mould.

Review 29：The hotel generally feels a bit old and run down (with the expection of the pool area, which is all nice and new), and the cleanliness of our room was not that impressive. For some reason the fire alarm woke us up twice during the night, which is hopefully not normal.

Review 30：Spacious rooms, great location close to the harbour and beach with walking distance to Stena Line terminal and Kattegat centre. The pool and spa area is very nice and the on-site restaurant serves good food, and a decent breakfeast buffet.

Review 31：Staff weren't very friendly, rooms are dated and not very clean. I also had about 5 spiders in my room. My stay was very brief so didn't experience any of the spa facilities. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Review 32：Nice breakfast buffet, excellent swimming/sauna/steambath/whirlpool facilities. Friendly room and helpful staff. Each time we used the pool facilities we were mostly alone as a family, or with one other family. Was very quiet and relaxing. Beach is just accross the road over the dunes. Easy access. Ferries were also close by.

Review 33：1. I arrived on one of the coldest days for many years here (-16c). The radiators in the corridors were off and the room temperature was 14c with the room heating on. I eventually got an electric heater. 2. The restaurant was closed because the chef was ill but they did not think or want to arrange a replacement. No other food available of any description. 3. This is essentially a conference hotel and is a soulless place. The first 2 points demonstrate the attitude towards hotel guests. No apologies or attemps to help from the staff. Avoid this place like the plague!!
