Review 1：The sauna space looks not very inviting. The interior in general: Except the furniture it looks all a bit used and older. Some interior work would really help. ;)

Review 2：The situation is very central. We had a big room. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Perfect view towards the castle from the room.

Review 4：The staff was very accommodating, and the extra touches in the rooms were great. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items. We were there with friends from the USA, and were glad to have such a nice place to show them.

Review 5：Shower was temperamental it was ok one minute then freezing then burning hot. No English spoken so beware, I got by with the German I knew.

Review 23：A delightful place in a pretty town. Staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. A large garage for parking motorbikes. We had a huge room , with heating available in the bathroom to dry our wet gear.

Review 26：We stayed in the Junior Suite, (which fits up to 5 ), we were a couple with a small baby, so albeit it was expensive because of that, even so, for the price I had expected the rooms to be much nicer, the rooms were clean and the furniture was all wood, everything was old and dated, especially the carpets, which need to be replaced

Situated on the edge of the pedestrianed part of town, hence all parts of town are within walking distance, including the Brocken steam train. Breakfast was slickly organised. Lady owner was very pleasant to an oldish English gentleman

Review 33：No communication from Hotel Management until morning we left - day four!On two of the four mornings no place set for us at breakfast. Plus thebreakfast was only adequate and not up to the usual German standard.Only lounge area was also the smoking room! No nets on windows &toilet had normal glass with hanging blinds, so no privacy unless youclosed the blinds and then you had no light! Shower light was moodlighting making the bathroom very dark - therefore difficult to shave.No settee in a hugh room was a disappointment. Lack of facilities plusdaytime lack of staff, with no bar or evening meals makes this more aBed and Breakfast and not a hotel. Certainly does not deserve threestars. Very expensive for what was offered. In conclusion our experiencewas an expensive disappointment and not up to the usual high Germanstandards.
