Review 1：bed very hard .could not turn radiator on ,so room cold no extra pillows.asked for downstairs did not get asked for disabled room did get .Had to walk to another hotel for breakfast. vending machice not working overpriced..

Review 3：This is a two star hotel so there were no carpets along the corridors contributing to the noise levels which this hotel suffers from. Breakfast and dinner were served at an adjoining hotel.

Review 4：The room had a nice terrace with an excellent view of the bay looking south towards Tower Beach. The hotel had a well connected underground car park with a lift direct to all floors. The hotel is situated in a part of the playa where there are many bars and restaurants.

Review 5：we enjoyed the location and the clean condition of our room. We had no problems with any of the staff and it was nice of the cleaning staff to give us fresh towels even when we had the sign on the door to not clean the room that day.

Review 6：The walls of the rooms were paper thin, you could almost hear someone scratching in the next room. We had to complain about loud talking and laughing at 2.00am one morning but it was dealt with very quickly. The management were not very friendly or helpful. We had a problem with the safe in our room and it was never rectified.

Review 39：The room, although basic, was spotless. Hot water was constant, staff efficient and friendly and breakfast very good value for money. Beach was just across the road and although hotel is near main road there was hardly any traffic noise.

The walls were so thin that theoccupant's snoring next door kept me awake for hours. Breakfast wasgood but you had to go to another hotel to have it !

Review 46：Very bad problem with drains,changed rooms once,but still quite bad,gotown drain cleaner and disinfectant, had to use them two or three times aday.five night stay,first three days card key did not work when we wentout,no one on reception so had to phone them each day and wait forsomeone to come and reactivate the card,they finally gave us a new cardthat worked for the last two days.did not get much sleep for threenights,people in rooms either side,and snoring all night,it was likehaving a curtain instead of a wall.i would not use that hotel again.

Review 48：There was no outside seating although there is a big terrace alongside the hotel. It would have been nice to sit out there in the afternoons, once the sun had gone from the balcony. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Review 49：We received a warm welcome from the charming lady at Reception. The Reception is clean, bright and welcoming, as was our room. We had a small balcony with lovely sea view. The beach is just across the road and there are lots of good bars & restaurants on the doorstep.
