Review 1：The only thing I could think of to improve this hotel would be if they had a treatment room and offered massages, facials etc.

Review 2：Beautifully kept hotel and grounds. The staff are constantly cleaning and maintaining. Very peaceful location. The food was good and drink reasonably priced. My daughter LOVED the kids club.

Review 3：Yes, we booked for balcony not terrace, but was given terrace by the pool table etc on corner where we felt exposed. The apartment was not cleaned properly and after 2 days, should have complained sooner, we were moved to a v nice balcony apartment by a very helpful member of staff who did everything to ensure we were happy. We did feel that as we were staying for just the one week it wasn't the best but recognise that we should have complained sooner, however we feel the holiday was a success and would not put us off staying again.

Review 4：The Location. The apartment was v spacious. Relaxing. Gardens v nice. Waiter service excellent, and friendly. All staff v helpful. Food in bar Tapas v good. Spar shop v handy. Restaurant could be less canteen like and food was average, but catering on such a large scale difficult. Entertainment in evening was mixed but very welcome, particularly liked the seating outside area with lights.

Review 5：Location-not far in miles to anywhere but such a boring walk along a main road in built up area.:-( Room- Tv in bedroom only & no room to move in kitchen.(I think most self catering apartments are like this though) Deluxe rooms totally overlooked so certainly not private.

Review 7：This is a fabulous place to base a visit to Menorca, it's close to the wonderful town of Cuitadella with it's restaurants, picturesque harbour and narrow winding streets. It has beautifully maintained grounds and 2 pools, cleaned daily. There are plenty of sun loungers and beds to relax on, both in the sun and the shade, and there is a small shop opposite the hotel for provisions if you're self catering. It's only a short walk to the sea where you can dive off the rocks or visit the beach.

Review 8：On our last morning, cleaning staff woke us up at 08:50 which really irritated us. Also, in the apartment we asked for a double bed but instead we had two single beds which was a bit uncomfoetable
