Review 1：The pool staff were rude to both adults and children. On one occasion the life guard destroyer all inflatables round the pool, but an hour later the hotel manager confirmed inflatables were allowed but they were not replaced.

Review 2：The location close to the beach is great.

Review 3：On arrival the reception advised that our room was not available for first night and that we would need to change to our booked room next day. There was no reason for why. On departure we should have been charged for late checkout but due to issue on arrival they did not charge.

Review 5：Having to split stay between two rooms due to error with our booking - heard a few other couples having the same issues too. Floors not brushed when cleaned so sand constantly on feet.

Review 6：Location - right on beach. Room (one bed apt 104) was pleasant and felt comfortable enough. Plenty of fresh towels.

Review 7：I thought the room (a one bedroom apartment) was poky, dark and there were far too many Mosquitos for my liking. I realise this isn't the hotels fault but the multiple bites did mar my enjoyment somewhat. Especially when I had family members in 3 different hotels in Es Cana who didn't have a bite amongst them!
