Review 6：We liked the location. Food was ok, but some things were very cheap e.g Butter, breakfast juice, vegetables, fruit. The staff round the pool - Thoyla & Jacob were very good.

Review 7：Unfortunately there was an off-putting smell ( drains )in the vicinity of the bar lounge which was intermittent ...Notified the hotel management who were aware of the problem but it had not been resolved during the week of our stay ..They really need to focus on a solution ASAP as further guests will complain and their rating will drop . Another small point was that the location of our balcony ( Room 224 ) meant that it was in the shade all day . Mature couples should be aware that the hotel caters for families with small children.

Review 8：Very Clean Hotel with good room ( suite) , very pleasing staff , good food selection from cold and hot buffets. Pool facilities were adequate and good bar service.

Review 9：The room was very noisy and get a little sleep. Air conditioner doesn't seem to be working properly. Other annoyances were the charge for everything, I.e. Indoor swimming pool, fitness gym. We are definitely unhappy with the relocation of the hotel.

Review 10：Hotel Onabrava - the staff are friendly and the rooms are kept very clean; although they didn't clean our room on our second day's arrival.

Review 11：Pigeon droppings on the balconies. No attempt to control the pigeon population at Mansard gutter level. We didn't travel with kids, but had we, the play area was tired and dreary! Lack of maintenance of pool shower valves, resulting in wasted water.

Review 39：The suite layout is ideal for a family. The staff were competent and very helpful. Some of the nightly shows were top class. The entertainment officers were excellent and have our gratitude for the fantastic way they took care of our 7 year old grandson. The Halloween contests were highly enjoyable and entertaining for all ages. All in all a great experience for the four of us aged 7 to 69. One of our best winter breaks ever.

Review 41：Location - on edge of Santa Susanna next to the grubby Malgrat. Have to walk up a road with narrow pavements to get to it - difficult with a buggy. Beds were awful! Creaky and uncomfortable. Fridge in room needs to be colder. Didn't trust temperature for baby milk.

Review 49：Shower was either very hot or very cold, nothing between.. The beech is close to the hotel but there is train rails between that need to be crossed, so we did not go very often (If you are going for a perfect beach find a hotel on Tossa de mar only 45 minutes from Santa Susanna.) No drinks not included in dinner and lunch. Wifi was not free and you had to pay 4 Euros a day. Drinks are very expensive at the bar. Much cheaper on on the bars around the hotel.

Review 50：Stayed for 2 weeks at this hotel. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are very nice. Staff at the restaurant was very nice and cheerful. Food was very good, and actually better than in any restaurants in Santa Susanna area! Always sun beds available in the garden.

Servis people are friendly regardless of tip, reception is very oriented to the clients. I would like to send my regards to Manuel and Elena, who were taking care of hotel guests as animators and thanks to them we could be busy every minute of our stay. My son loved Mini disco and we came home with a Agua hotel kids songs so we could dance at home. I liked shooting and dancing. Also the show for the evening what they have prepared was amazing.
