Review 1：Beds could be a little more comfy and there was only 1 pillow but other than that perfect.

Review 3：Location and a certain staff members attitude in the bar area! For a large hotel it only had 3 baggage trolleys! The fitness suite was €8 an hour, never saw it used. The suite was there anyway so why not free. The staff were manning it so why not??

Review 10：we arrived on xmas day to spend 2 days having had a good time in the summer here..however we was very disappointed this time..on booking this hotel we assumed christmas dinner would be included..it wasnt..we read on a poster ..on arrival..xmas morning..that if you require a xmas dinner it has to be pre booked before the 24th december..and for a supplement..this advice was not given to us when booking..the buffet food was terrible..not a lot of choice on xmas night,,the food was cold and the microwave did not work..the entertainment was terrible..we saw this act in the summer so presume they are the resident act in the hotel..so xmas night and boxing ht was EXACTLY the same as xmas night,,very very poor..the good thing was that the irish bar was open on boxing night where we met another couple..who by the way was not impressed with the hotel..and we made our own entertainment.living only an hour away we decided that having a break in a nice hotel for xmas would be nice for a change..how wrong we was,,we wish we had stayed at home as our xmas was just another day but even worse ,,,very very disappointed and will not be returning..

Review 11：having stayed here in the summer we decided to have christmas day and boxing day at the hotel,,the room was a lot bigger then the first time we stayed with a nice view,,that was all that we liked

Review 12：With no carpeting in the corridors or rooms and walls without any soundproofing, the noise of people moving tables and chairs, coughing, watching TV, walking past your door on the squeaky floor and using the bathrooms is all too invasive especially if you want to retire early. This was my only complaint in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Review 19：Which is not to say I didn't find things wrong. We did not appreciate the hotel was called Marina Playa and were looking for the Servigroup Hotel. It was very difficult to find. Using the address with Satnav didn't help either. Also the airconditioning for the rooms is turned on and off at a management whim without informing the guests. It was 30oC in our room on our last night!

Review 23：The second night, in the bar, a couple were singing on stage. In a crowded and noisy bar, which this was not, it would have been OK but when there were only 15 or 20 folks in there, it was awful. We had to leave as we could nt hear ourselves speak. Car parking, at 7 Euros per day is very expensive. Fridge in room did not work and the room safe, which we did not use, I believe is 2 Euros per day.

Review 24：Nothing stands out. It was a two night stay to look at the area in lieu of a prospective move there. This is a typical holiday hotel doing half and full board. The breakfast was very good and the evening buffet (We had it only the first night as we arrived late), was not bad.

Review 25：The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were also very hard. We asked for smaller, softer pillows but none were available. The hotel is located quite a bit from Mojacar playa - so although it has sea views, it is a long way to reach other restaurants/bars.

Review 26：The selection available at meal times was very good, though we tend to tire of buffets very quickly. The reception staff were very helpful and assisted us in printing our boarding passes on the last day which was much appreciated.

Location = (I now live just along the street as I was staying during finalising my apartment purchase in Mojacar so I will be a regular customer even if it is just to come and say hello).

Review 42：The food was very good but a bit tedious. My wife is a vegitarian and the food was not labelled as vegetarian. This was the main issue we had. Overall we were very happy with the experience.

Review 60：The English level of the staff was really low, no way to have a normal conversation with 95% of it.The cleaning staff didn't respect the notice "don't disturb"; as the ladies didn't speak English at all, it was very difficult to explain that you wanted to rest when they wanted to clean. The different price for the parking inside (10 euros /day) and outside (7 euros/day).

Review 62：There really was nothing not to like. Perhaps just that the vast dinner hall lacked ambience. Although the food was very good, the sheer size and noise made dinner more of a "feeding session" and less of a dining experience.

Review 64：Noisy hotel; The rooms are not (very well) isolated. Renting a padel court costs €12/hr or €18/1,5 hr. Drinks have to be paid apart during lunch and dinner. The hotel is meant for families with children. The air conditioning does not keep the room cold and the refrigerator is not cold. Constant noise coming from air ventilation when airco is off (also during the night) The quality of the food is 'ok'.

Review 66：Primarily wanted a quiet relaxing break. I did not have a bad experience as such, can not be registered as a complaint for being busy ! However for me personally there were too many children, restaurant was too chaotic being busy & noisy. Having stayed next door in the Best Oasis Tropical we thought we try here and I have to say we were so pleased we extended out stay by 2 nights and have booked to come again next week! Review 129：Noisey. And that is in the low season. The hotel has replaced carpeting in corridors to bedrooms with laminate flooring. This means that anyone walking along sounds like a flamenco dancer. There is no kind of sound proofing for the rooms which means that everything can be heard from neighbouring rooms and corridors.
